Jim's got my full support.
Also, I have the utmost admiration and respect for Athena Mullen, one classy, stand-up lady.
Jim and Athena are both heroes. God be with them.
Done.
It is amazing and inspirational to look at the many things Jim has accomplished after his violent injury. His wife Athena is also a wonderful person who continues to help so many other people...kindness repaid with kindness. It is something to take your time and look at with awe and respect. This family are true Survivors of the best kind.
Jimmy...You got my support!! Excellent product!

Ofc. Pearson is part of my law enforcement outreach and we sponsored the event for Densey and Mahnomen County (MN) Sheriff's Deputy Chris Dewey. Thanks for the coverage. You should know that while Denver PD Chief Whitman has visited your officer, his own chief has neither called nor visited. That said, a large contingent of CPD Officers came on their own dime/time to attend the event and spend time with their brother officer. We will continue to support our brothers in arms -- these sheepdogs who have given all to protect the sheep from the wolves. Check back at our website for regular updates on Ofc. Cole.

Voted for Jim, what a GREAT story! Will look for the applesauce in the stores. Plan to share this request and vote often (the Chicago style).
Great website, SCC! Thanks for the head's up on Jim's story.
Just signed up and voted. Never met Jim but glad to see he's still living his life.
YOU HAVE MY VOTE AND ADMIRATION
FOR YOUR GREAT HUMAN SPIRIT...
GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS...
NEVER GIVE UP...
Done, and btw, if you go to his website, you can place an order on-line and pay with pay-pal. I did that awhile back and was pleasantly surprised with a delicious product. The pacakaging is even "cutesy" enough to use as a gift, seriously, it looks like something you would find in all those giftshops/cheese houses in WI, etc.
It wasn't until I attended my condo's monthly wine and cheese tasting that I found that a gourmet chunky applesauce compliments much more than just pork dishes.
If you were to visit Jewel, Dominick's or Costco, you realize that Mott's owns the applesauce market. However, while shopping at Whole Foods and Treasure Island in Lincoln Park, I came upon Mullen's applesauce.
The oenophiles had selected a superb Susana Balbo Malbec (1987) from Mendoza (Argentina) and an excellent Chardonnay from the Margaret River region of Western Australia. The plum and anise accents of the Malbec were pleasing to even the most discerning palate.
The hors d'oeuvres, served on Provencale wafers included a Dutch Gouda and Spanish Montelarreina as well as Brie, Camembert, mousse with truffles and foie gras..
Ah, now for the piece de resistance. I brought along two bottles of Mullin's chunky applesauce.
Later, my fellow revelers added a teaspoon of the applesauce to compliment the hors d'oeuvres It was unanimous--a mouth-watering epicurean appetizer.
If, indeed, "living well is the best revenge", you must try Mullen's applesauce.
Mott's is so bland and bourgeois. BUY THE BEST! BUY MULLEN'S APPLESAUCE!
It's a good product...but even if it wasn't (or weren't?)....I'd buy it. Mullen's class and you have to hand it to his wife.
Write more about them..SCC.
Thanks!
