Vandals Court Date
The Memorial vandals are before the Chief Judge today for assignment to a judge and courtroom. It's more of a procedural event than anything else, so we'll keep an eye on it and let everyone know where it's headed.
Anyone who reads early in the morning and is headed to 26th Street today can peek in.

It appears that defendant MONAHAN is trying to be slick by moving around and not being avaliable to those that check on her. NOTE TO 009 KEEP AN EYE ON THIS ONE......(Bond Violation)

The CAPS people showed up and the Defendants brought several gangbanger wannabes into the room claiming they were related. Arent they all somehow? MONAHAN wore exactly the same outfit as the last 2 times and has a PD. The fat little boy has a private attorney.
Dont expect much more that supervision out of this case.

Wondering why there was such a poor turn out?
In the era where we are getting bashed at every turn,its sad to see that we cant even support our Fallen in a show of support and respect. While there was much clamoring and sword waving at the 2 prior hearings,am I to believe that NO Police Personnel were present at this hearing?
Sad to say that if this is in fact true,this is yet another reason this Department sucks rhino ass.Unfortunately Im on furlough and lovin it in Arizona and couldnt attend,but had I been in the City I would have been there to show SUPPORT.
We,as a Department,NEED to show SUPPORT in this matter. This matter reflects disrespect to our FALLEN. If we cant even respect our dead, how can we respect outselves?
6 months,4days,8 hours and 23 seconds until RETIREMENT.
Maybe a better heads-up next time and more people will attend. This was a late post so many may not have seen it.
