Thanks (as always) SCC for reminding us via this, ah-hem... 'insignificant' site about these worthwhile events.
Also brothers and sisters don't forget 'our' Memorial Candle Light Vigil, Tuesday, Sept. 14th. at 'our' Goldstar Memorial and Park at which time this year they will be unveiling and dedicating 'our' "Catastrophically Injured Members" statue prior to the candlelight ceremony and reading of all 'our' fallen members.
It honors all our disabled brothers/sisters i.e. Mullin, Brumlee, Densey Cole etc. among others.
Show your support and be there.
Bring the family.

Why don't they acknowledge that Constable Quinn was the FIRST Chicago Police Officer Killed in the Line of Duty?
It's the best police memorial motorcycle event in the city.

Learn how spell and maybe someone will explain, that Ald. Burke did a friend a favor and changed the history of the police department last year. This run has been going on for several.
Why in the hell should they change it, in fact the Area 4 run jumped on their band wagon, which is bullshit. But these guy were stand up and helped them out. Get a grip and support it, you might benefit from it some day when you need it the most, Prick!
