Three Quarters of a Million?
For years, City Hall maintained that Mayor Richard M. Daley’s son, Patrick Daley, had no financial stake in the deal that brought wireless Internet service to city-owned O’Hare Airport and Midway Airport.
But it turns out that the younger Daley still reaped a windfall of $708,999 when Concourse Communications was sold in 2006, less than a year after the Chicago company signed the multimillion-dollar Wi-Fi contract with his father’s administration, company documents obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times show.
Concourse disclosed its investors to the city, as required. Patrick Daley wasn’t one of them.
But he still managed to clear over $708,000 while enlisted in the Army. Also making a pile of money - the Vanecko boys. So how long was the media, the so-called "watchdogs," going to sit on all this info? And now that the Machine is firmly ensconced in Washington DC, we're pretty sure nothing will ever come of any of it.

All this stuff happened years ago. The media reports it now. Wow that's crack reporting. The statue of limitations is all run out on any of this stuff. Why, if anyone else took a job after leaving government with the same agency they (and their family) helped guide lucrative contracts to, there would be an indictment follow by a conviction. Blago just talked about it, daley (et. al) DID IT!

why can't we sue daley under the honest services thing? i am a tax payer funding chicago cop body guards for an ex- mayor. does he pay income tax on that benefit?
And they have Blagojevich (sp?) on trial????? when will Daley be charged? there is plenty of evidence that the Daleys have already committed numerous (and untold) crimes against the taxpayers of this city.

Channel 7 NEVER would have let him air the story, but the BGA loves to attack stuff like this.
This punk kid is an arrogant ASSHOLE ! he has gotten away with murder, a total Bridgeport Punk, I have relatives that live in Bridgeport and my niece and nephew actually think they are priveledged. My brother is ex- law enforcement and suffers from Bridgeport Attitude too, Daley is no doubt a crook, his son was set up by him, don't worry he will Fuck Up somewhere along the line and the G will get him.
And to top it off O'Hare has the shittiest and most expensive WiFi of any airport in the country.
The entire Daley locked in prison for life would be a good start in cleaning up political corruption in Chicago and in Illinois.
