Hooray for Dumb People!
At first, it appeared that the police call to Frank Moore's Chicago home was a routine domestic disturbance, since he was allegedly standing outside asking officers who responded for help to kick out his girlfriend.
Then, Moore mentioned the marijuana inside his apartment in the 1900 block of South May Street, Cook County prosecutors said Saturday. The police officers smelled the marijuana Thursday as they approached the Pilsen apartment and found baggies of marijuana on top of the refrigerator and on a coffee table, according to court documents.
The girlfriend then directed them to a closet, where the officers found more marijuana and a black bag containing a handgun, a black ski mask, a towel, sunglasses and latex gloves, officials said.

yep, not the first time either for Mr.Moore. Did Time (cut a deal) for murder, years back, after shooting his ex-partner in the back of the head, in an abandoned area, which turned out to be a north shore driveway, and has had the police out, numerous times, for domestics, of which both Moore and girlfriend called 911.
I once had a pissed off wife show me the LAAW her hubby stole from his reserve unit, he's just about getting out of Leavenworth right about now.

Same thing happened in Palatine the other day, only it involved a response for the girlfriend's medical problem.
This reminds me of a great scene from the movie True Romance, with Bronson Pinchot speeding along in his Porsche, about to get pulled over and begging his girlfriend to hold his cocaine stash.
Instead, it winds up all over his face when she throws it back at him. And of course, she starts laughing.

That said, some of the smartest people I've met are ghetto criminals.
I am reminded of the Chris Rock video where the pissed off girlfriend screams at the police "He got weed, he got weed" as her boyfriend proceeds to take a beating and get arrested.
this is the same frank moore, who shot gary horton, and set his body on fire, in 1998, in lake county. He received 50 years, but the ruling was overturned, and he was set free. Witness intimidation, sloppy doj work, criminals working the legal system, its all in this one. Watch as he walks, again, after his crew's lawyer busts this open, hell, we probably owe this guy money for what he did...........again

Ever see an alligator sunning itself, it might not move for hours, I don;t blame the guy, those fuckers can run fast too. I'd rather ping a cement one than walk up on one I thought was cement and find out, its good bye foot.
Don't ever compare any cop to this pothead murdering asshole ok.
