Guess Who Got Arrested Again
- A man who knocked out a woman’s teeth in the South Loop in 2008 when she refused to give him a cigarette became violent again, according to police, this time beating up his longtime female companion.
The latest attack took place Monday night in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side, police said.
It was his fifth arrest since late last year. All five resulted in only misdemeanor charges.
A menace to society, and only a matter of time until someone ends up dead at his hands.
It's amazing how we can declare certain addresses "problem buildings" and take all sorts of actions to fine, close, confiscate and even bulldoze those locations, but this asshole roams around free to pillage actual human beings.

Who's to say he hasn't had someone dead in his hands. This guy should be hangin with Tupac and Biggie. The judges that let this shitbird go every time with the knowledge of this guys past should be held accountable. Fuck all that noise about not being able to go after these guys. We had an EDP like this in the Upper West Side 24th Pct., NYC a while back. They kept releasing him. It was only after he brutally murdered an innocent young woman that the courts finally threw the key away.

Not amazing when you consider who's behind this kind of thing.
It's another way to remove personal responsibility.
Buildings are bad. Guns are bad.
These folks cannot admit that there are >bad people< out there.
They stick their heads in the sand and blame inanimate objects rather that admit that there are people who choose to live outside the little bubble that they've chosen to live in.
They are afraid and unwilling to admit that evil people really do exist.

The State's Attorney is too busy having "zero tolerance for domestic violence" in non-police families in white working neighbborhoods.
There was another one of these bonobos loose downtown some years ago, going after women, smashing jaws, breaking arms...

By the way, the animal parolee who stabbed the 14-year-old girl to death during a burglary in her Indian Head Park home has now been remanded for psych. observation "to see if he is fit to stand trial." The judge "questioned him," and decided this.
SCC is so right. This goof will kill someone in the future. He should have been given some years after beating the woman over a bullshit cigarette. Where the fuck are the courts on this guy. He is violent and should be put in jail or monitored.

This guy does not deserve to breathe air... How could he be back on the streets after that brutal assault and then threatening someone in the same place right after he got out.... horrible state laws and judges...he deserves to be kicked in the fuckin teeth until they are all out and on the floor.
If the public only knew how judges were sentencing and probation is handed out like cheese and crackers. Violent,nonviolent, repeat offender it doesnt matter, no more room in the inn.

To any woman that encounters this individual (which will happen because he'll be out again soon) just stick your finger in your mouth and make yourself vomit. Well according to the Illinois State Police this will stop the attack.
Time to take up a collection and send this animal to Milwaukee. At least they have CCW there and hopefully he pulls this shit with a permit holder and gets his ticket punched.
Judges don't want to deal with this criminal. His type of crime does not generate any revenue for the
city's coffers. In other words, they can't make any
money off him. Not even bail.
This is the cook county way, sad and disgusting! Any other county and this asshole would be locked up, but here in crook county, I-Bond and see you in 21-35 days for your case to be tossed out.

This is why we need places like Manteno, Tinley Park, Kankakee etc. to house these mentally unstable people. Oh wait, many of those places don't even physically exist anymore. Guess were SOL.
Not a cop, but this story sickens me. Common sense would have this man in jail for life, but there is a lack of that with some judges. How can you even begin to read his past offenses and not wonder why are we wasting time with him? WTF

The latest charge, A class A misdemeanor with a MAXIMUM of 364 days in county. This animal will wind up killing somebody's loved one.
The maximum you can do in county (be sentenced to anyway) is 364 because it's not a penitentiary so it must be less than a year.
