11 Shot Last Night
- Eleven people were shot on Chicago’s West and South sides through the night Monday, including five people hurt in a single shooting at a busy South Shore corner.
Paramedics took four people to area hospitals in critical condition following the attack about 5:55 p.m. near 75th Street and Exchange Avenue, authorities said. A fifth person was hospitalized in good condition.

If crime is down why is the city towing more cars then ever? Illegal parking is a crime.
Furthermore, according to the "Broken Windows" crime fighting methodology if you focus on the little things the big things like shootings and homicides are not suppose to happen.

Anyone have a YTD count of children that were hit by cars near a park or school zone? I'd like to see a comparison to the number of teenagers struck by gunfire YTD.

If you guessed a group of doctors and lawyers who all had to go to work within hours then guess again. Think E2 crowd.
No arrests last I heard.

If that was correct about the club owners renting the place to the beast, then that liquor license should immediately be revoked and the idiot owners should only be allowed to reapply in Englewood.

Shooting in 019 too. Minutes prior tac were involved in a car chase with bangers armed with pistols going to do a shooting.

The increase in 009 is completely due to the increased police presence in 007.
The shit heads moved their shit across garfield, moved into other markets....until the dope corners get settled, shit is going to continue to hit the fan.
There is nothing, absolutely nothing that police can due short of martial law.

Not only that but I heard the officer missed with both shots. It was a fragment from one of the misses that hit the killer attack pooch.
Nothing brings the nuts out like a hurt or injured dog story. Watch, this will go national and Rahm will start taking all kinds of heat to fire the officer.
The two officers who went to the house to hand an off the leash citation to the owner were both white shirts. The paper called them officers but they were bosses.
Save a life and you might get a ribbon but save a dog and it will go viral, teachers will have their classes write letters to the police. And now, watch out, police shoot puppy. Oh boy. No thanks.

Geez, even they don't want to be on the southside anymore.
I am not a fan of McCarthy and I can't stand Rham, but when all is said and done, they can not stop the savages from acting like savages. More police may delay but not stop their behavior. Until this state and country stops allowing people from leading irresponsable life styles and instills common decency in their lives the carnage will continue.
my son is playing that club this evening, so the owners appear to be recovering from the shock of people shooting at each other enough to go back to business as usual
