I don't understand, your expecting people late. In 012 that happens everyday, in fact we have a f/2 on days who works a rapid who I've never even seen at roll call at all. I guess if you have kids, go to school or are getting divorced you can do whatever you want. What do the bosses do, nothing. In fact they start every roll call late to appease these officers, and they still can't make it. I hope we have to swipe in and out real soon.
That also means warmer weather, ballgames and golf!

Its been a time honored tradition of the CPD. Occassionally the shit will hit the fan and then the white shirts will complain and lecture the officers who are at roll call and actually make it and ignore the others Happened for all the time Ive been on the job
In 20 thats all you have to do is be on time. After rolllcall the Lt and Sgt's go blind.You can fuck off all day and nothing said to you. Oh ya and no WHITE socks.
