Anyone up for a radio show?
- I am a retired Cook County ASA living now in Will County. I was picked by the ISRA to argue their case with the a top NRA lawyer last year before the Illinois Supreme Court in Wilson v. Cook County.
Now I have been tasked by David Lombardo to find two retired Chicago Police Officers who would be willing to join me as a guest of host David Lombardo (retired Will County Deputy Sheriff) on the WIND AM 560 radio talk show On Target on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to talk about Chicago gun ordinances, transporting a gun in Chicago, having a gun in the home or office in Chicago, how guns are confiscated, how to get confiscated guns back, whether Chicago Police Officers are pro-Second Amendment or not, and that sort of thing.
The show has a listening audience of about 10,000 persons each Sunday night. The show usually takes and answers a few callers questions during the hour. We are looking for retired officers who would be free to frankly talk about the problems gun owners have in Chicago. A retired Chicago Police Officer suggested I contact you. I appreciate what your blog does and any help you can give.

Wheter the police are pro 2nd amendment? Well, YES - duh! We live in the most savage dangerous city in the country. Our family is here, our friends and our neighbors. All surrounded by violent shithead savages. I support every good hearted non criminal citizen to arm themselves and stock up on ammo. Lg capacity mags, of course YES. Not a single good person will do wrong with the guns and ammo but I'll be damned if we're not able to defend ourselves when savages come looking for trouble, to rape, to rob, to beat, to murder and to destroy. The oblama gun grabbing adgenda is targeting the wrong people. They want to disarm America and the only ones that would be affected is all the good people. The bad people with bad intentions dont follow the law or rules.

Rosentankowski had to daughters, and also went by the sur name of Rosten.
This lawyer is not related to the crook and traitor to the Poles.
11:00AM is right ,every P/O I know is for concealed carry,it would put defensive weapons in the hands of good people for once.Why the asshole politicians are against it is a mistery to me.You see the mayor and all 50 of his lacky aldercreatures can carry or have bodygaurds, I guess that makes them feel superior to the average joe in this run for shit city.
I haven't met a p.o. that is against conceal carry. You see the police know good guys from bad guys. Bad guys carry illegally already so let's arm the good people.

Because for years they have preached to the public the evil that guns are. And have tried to stifle them.
And that Concealed Carry will lead to Wild West shootouts and bloodbaths in the streets.
They are afraid that the carnage will not happen. Then the public will see that they are not always right. That they are not as smart as they think they are.
And maybe the public will think "If they were wrong about guns, what else are they wrong about?"
Two forms of opposition to the criminal element : Law Enforcement and The law abiding citizen. To weaken either one will increase crime in the same way lowering the body's resistance to disease will increase sickness.
The police are citizens and the citizens are the police.
