Legal to Hunt Humans

Don't believe us - Feinstein says we can do it:
  • At a Senate judiciary committee hearing on Thursday, California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein shot down a proposed amendment exempting veterans from her “assault weapons” ban, bizarrely arguing that it’s legal to hunt humans with high-capacity magazines.

“The time has come, America, to step up and ban these weapons,” Feinstein said. “The other very important part of this bill is to ban large capacity ammunition feeding devices — those that hold more than 10 rounds. We have federal regulations and state laws that prohibit hunting ducks with more than three rounds. And yet it’s legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round, even 150-round magazines. Limiting magazine capacity is critical, because it is when a criminal, a drug dealer, a deranged individual has to pause to change magazines and reload that, the police or brave bystanders have the opportunity to take that individual down.”
No word on a bag limit yet.

We also take issue with her claim that "Limiting magazine capacity is critical, because it is when a criminal, a drug dealer, a deranged individual has to pause to change magazines and reload that, the police or brave bystanders have the opportunity to take that individual down."

Check out the portion at the 5:00 mark - two ten round magazines set up side-by-side and this gun owner can swap them out in 0.5 seconds. You want to bet your life and anyone else's life on half-a-second?  Like you or any first responder is going to be hiding behind cover, counting out the shots, hoping you don't miss one, wondering if the active shooter has 10, 20 or 30-round magazines and any sort of reasonable ability to operate the weapon before you make your heroic move?

Maybe we can call the move "the Flying Fienstein" in honor of this twit.

It's a shakedown of the rifle and handgun magazine makers. Nothing more. Feinstein wants those big envelopes with cash coming her way. It's all bullshit anyway because no gun laws will get thru the House.

What are you going to "take him down" with? He's got a semi automatic firearm, you've banned concealed carry along with every other type of firearm available. You going to run across a scene of panic and try to tackle him? What if he's like that last nut case in CA, 6 foot something and 250+ lbs. Go ahead, try it!

If you can hunt humans, does Boone and Crocket have a scoring system set up for that? Who's going to regulate the hunt, DNR, HHS ...?

School Confiscates Cupcakes Decorated with Toy Soldiers

    By Todd Starnes

A Michigan elementary school is defending its decision to confiscate a third-graders batch of homemade cupcakes because the birthday treats were decorated with plastic green Army soldiers.

Casey Fountain told Fox News that the principal of his son’s elementary school called the cupcakes “insensitive” — in light of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut.

“It disgusted me,” he said. “It’s vile they lump true American heroes with psychopathic killers.”

Fountain’s wife made a batch of 30 chocolate cupcakes for their son Hunter’s classmates at Schall Elementary School in the town of Caro. The 9-year-old helped decorate the treats with plastic figurines representing World War Two soldiers.

The following morning Fountain said his wife delivered the cupcakes to the front office. The secretary complimented her on the decorations and then took the cakes to Hunter’s class.

“About 15 minutes later the school called my wife and told her the couldn’t serve the cupcakes because the soldiers had guns,” Fountain told Fox News. “My wife told them to remove the soldiers and serve the cupcakes anyway — and I believe she may have used more colorful language.”

The school complied and confiscated the soldiers — sending them home with Hunter in a bag.

“I was offended,” Fountain said. “I support our soldiers and what they stand for. These (plastic soldiers) are representations of World War Two soldiers – our greatest generation. If they aren’t allowed in our schools — who is?”

Principal Susan Wright released a statement to local media defending the decision.

“These are toys that were commonplace in the past,” she wrote. “However, some parents prohibit all guns as toys. In light of that difference, the school offered to replace the soldiers with another item and the soldiers were returned home with the student.”

“Living in a democratic society entails respect for opposing opinions,” she stated. “In the climate of recent events in schools we walk a delicate balance in teaching non-violence in our buildings and trying to ensure a safe, peaceful atmosphere.”

Fountain said it was beyond outrageous to compare American soldiers to deranged mass murderers.

“In our politically correct society they can’t separate the good from the bad,” he said. ”I’m sure hammers are allowed in schools — although a lot of people are killed by hammers.”

Principal Wright explained in her statement that she meant no disrespect to the military.

“By not permitting toy soldiers on cupcakes at school, no disrespect for our military or for the brave men and women who defend our rights to have our differences was intended,” she wrote. “Our commitment is always to our children and creating a safe place for them to learn, grow and have respectful dialogues about their differences.”

Fountain said his little boy is aware of the controversy but doesn’t quite understand what all the fuss is about.

“He’s nine-years-old,” Fountain said. “He was just glad to get his soldiers back.”

“It’s not about a toy,” he said. “It’s not about a cupcake. It’s what the toy represents — and we’re just taking political correctness too far.”

I cry for this country. When I hear the likes of Durbin, Schumer, Feinstein, Pelosi, and others of their ilk that are running the country I realize that the days of the United States of America being around are numbered.

All we have nowadays are partisan politicians. We used to have statesmen.

Mark Kirk, a little better, but no great prize. He will be replaced in the next cycle by Tammy Duckworth.

The water just keeps going down the drain faster and faster.

BTW I think that you can get a bag of about 500 toy soldiers on Amazon for around $12.50 should anyone want to send the people in that cupcake story a bag..

    But wait, there's more...

Check out the video where the SEVEN YEAR old kid explains that he was trying to bite the pastry into the shape of a mountain but apparently he bit it wrong and the teacher thought it looked like a gun but it wasn't.

SO HE'S SUSPENDED and this shit goes on his permanent record. SEVEN YEARS OLD

You owe it to yourselves to Google Diane Feinstein's husband too - Richard C. Blum. Even the Wikepedia page lists him as a hedge fund owner/manager and the beneficiary of a $600 million defense contract, operator of for-profit schools (the ones where everyone got a student loan) and a principal, along wwith Al Gore in the sale of their Current tv network to Al-Jezeera.What else might there be?

No wonder they don't want ordinary people to have guns?

A 150 round magazine, seriously? That psycho in Colorado used a 100 round mag and it jammed because that's what those p.o.s. things do. Plus, think of the weight of 150 rounds. It's not something easily carried or concealed. But, boy, it sure makes for a good sound bite.

Also, anyone with a little practice can learn to unload and reload in seconds. Anyone who practices something like that is likely an excellent shot as well.

Politicians who carry guns, like all of these socialists who call themselves democrats, are terrified of people who are armed because they know that if they push their communist plans too hard, there will be a fight.

The ObaMAO administration wanted to ban guns, but they got scared at the reaction of the American public. That's why they started with the shotgun propaganda stunts of the president shooting and dumb joe biden telling everyone to get a shotgun and shoot through doors.

Americans bought everything on the shelves. Try to find ammo now. Try to find gun parts. The population has armed themselves against the tyranny of the socialists. Keep up the good work, folks. There's a socialist who wants to enslave you.

    FYI Officers:

On February 22, "Right Views" reported that a growing number of firearm companies have suspended the sale of guns to states, counties, cities and municipalities that restrict their citizens' rights to own them.

In just two weeks, the number of companies participating in what has been named the "Firearms Equality Movement," has more than tripled from 34 companies to 118.

The Police Loophole lists every company and links to the statements that each has released regarding their new policies.

Wilson Combat, a custom pistol manufacturer located in Berryville, Arkansas, joined the movement on February 28 stating the following:

"Wilson Combat will no longer provide any products or services to any State Government imposing legislation that infringes on the second amendment rights of its law abiding citizens. This includes any Law Enforcement Department, Law Enforcement Officers, or any State Government Entity or Employee of such an entity. This also applies to any local municipality imposing such infringements."

Wilson lists the states included on its no sale policy as: California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C. and The City of Chicago, Illinois.

    The statement also reads:

"Wilson Combat will in NO way support the government of these states or their anti-gun agenda that only limits the rights of law-abiding citizens. Wilson Combat will continue to supply any product and/or service they can legally sell in these states to all non-government affiliated citizens."
Rock River is on the list but only sales to NY

    Old kung-fu/gunfight movie scene:

Some people, including an American private dick, are battling Chinese gangsters in a warehouse.

The dick fires several rounds at a hatchetman lurking behind the corner of a big crate, then pops the magazine of his gun. The hatchetmen leaps around the corner with an ax, and the dick drills him. Then he slaps in a fresh mag and says "Always carry a round in the chamber!"

Incidentally, the Newtown shooter never fired out a magazine; he always swapped with several rounds to go. This is apparently a strategy learned from some first-person-shooter video game, where the player has an infinite or very large supply of magazines, and wants to have maximum ammo available when encountering a threat.
