The car ought to be rigged with pepper spray dye packs so when it goes, they are all covered in bright green dye and with a dose of pepper spray, hard to deny they were committing a burglary to an auto then.

The funniest part is that you can see the blue light from the CPD camera flashing in the background.

Winner gets a life time supply of Krokodil.
Why didn't they lock the boy in who moved the car, at least one thief would have been arrested. These hoodlums have got stealing and crime down to a science in Englewood. I bet not one person got caught. They tried Bait Car on another side of Chicago And everyone kept telling one thief he would be on TV if he messed with that car and laughed and walked away. He tried to steal it anyway and got locked in and locked up when the police pulled up.

Yeah they would be the same teens who go "wilding" hailing from the same location where this was filmed. Put a blow on the corner of 79th and anywhere in Chicago and see who fights for an overdose.
