Placed 10 grand on Lions to get back my loss from last week. Wish me well. If Detroit wins I will only be down a g-note that being the juice. Can live with that. Just a couple of VRI days.
Just keep in mind that Bears are brutal, almost unstoppable, killing machines.

I like the bears. As far as I'm concerned Cutler can stay hurt. This guy plays smarter- throwing the ball away instead of taking the big sack or throwing a pick 6- and gives the bears a better chance of winning. Go bears!
If the Bears defense can step up and play college level defense instead of the high school level defense we've been seeing then we might be ok.
Anybody actually still follow the loser Bears? Go Green Bay!
The bears should start Cade McNown instead of Cutler. That's what I would do if I was the coach.

Okay Sports Fans, after my very accurate prognostication of the Packers game -- Win and final score -- I know you're all waiting with bated breath for my take on today's Bears game against the Dee-troit Loins(sic), so it here goes (yes, besides being very wise, I'm humble too).
The *experts* might say it's toss up but it ain't: Bears Win, based on the 'intangibles', aka History.
-- 1) Cutler has never lost to the 'Loins' at Soldier Field.
-- 2) Loin QB Stafford has never beat Da Bears at Soldier Field.
-- 3) The game will be played on grass and the Loins are a 'turf' team.
-- 3) Historically, turf teams don't play up to par on natural grass, the whole team is built around playing on that phony turf surface.
-- 4) Turf Team's Skilled Position players are much slower and unsure of the footing, throws timing & execution off.
-- 5) Ditto for Turf Team Defensive Backs, they plant & cut -- then slip and fall. After a few slips they slow down.
-- 6) Soldier Field. Thanks to the illustrious Chi Park Dist (and city hall) it has the worst grass field in the NFL but Da Bears KNOW IT.
-- 7) The Loins are an INDOOR TEAM, built around playing 1/2 their games in perfect 'weather' conditions. History says that's a Plus for Da Bears.
-- 8) Weather and wind. Todays high in the 40's with 5 to 15 MPH winds. That favors Da Bears.
So all things considered.......
