Eight More Shot (UPDATE)
- At least eight people, including a 14-year-old boy, were wounded in shootings on the West and South sides this afternoon, authorities said.
They're shooting 'em five at a time down south and doing three-fers on the west side. This is something like 15 shot in 48 hours. If there was a warm weekend on tap (there isn't) we'd be on pace to break 70 for the week.
UPDATE: It's now 1 dead and 10 wounded on a Wednesday night.

We'll exceed the 2013 homicide rates, even with creative accounting done (expect lots of Death Investigations come fall). I don't know if we'll hit 2012's rates...

What I did find SCC is look at the Suntimes article on line today and you will see the gallery of photos of friends and family morning the 14 year old girl. BUT, look closely before the photos are taken down by the SunTimes that clearly shows a heavy set women wearing a pink sweatshirt on the back that reads R.I.P with a three pointed crown on it. Coincidence?? Maybe, but a few more pictures, when you keep looking, is a male black representing for a photo by the SunTimes holding up the CROWN. You be the judge.
Be Safe and watch out for each other. Even with them trying to screw with our pension I recommend retirement. And go to St Judge for your Friends and not the bosses. Trying to make them look bad by not going, only makes you look bad by not showing respect for your brothers and sisters.

OMG. Fox news had a statement from McCarthy . In it he says crime and shootings are down for the first 4 months of 2014. Hello? We had one of the worst winters in history. God this guy makes me sick. It's time for the aldermen to call this guy out and launch his ass. Enough already. This guy is going to go down as the worst superintendent in CPD history.
Its only 1 report number so it counts as 1 shooting,
Anita and Holder will lower the charges on anyone arrested. And then give them time served or probation.
If he thinks he can stop this, McCarthy is a fool. Prosecute those responsible and let natural selection prevail.

It is 11am Thursday and channel 7 just reported that there was ONLY 93 murders for the same period last year and 94 this year. They also reported that overall shootings and crime are down this year for the same period. This they said comes from our fearless leaders at 35th street. I know weed is close to legal now but how much of the shit it the brass smoking to put up these numbers?!

Well let put the top paid gang crimes Chiefs, Deputies and Commanders on display. The citizens of Chicago want to see your faces. Then you can articulate your gang abatement policing without all your prepared speeches. Invite and encourage citizens for all neighborhoods to ask the tough questions to the top guys about all the violence. Lets see these brains on display. Let us see if they are worth the price they are paid.
Try to talk away the reality of murders, drug dealing and senseless shootings. The citizens are fed the hocus pocus crime is down company line, but when you deal with the madness on a nightly basis, you will realize the feel good nonsense doesn’t bring relief to the communities under siege. This. This is why we need the social media task force or what ever the hell they're going to call it. They aren't throwing up this supposed "crown" in reference to Latin Kings, although it still isn't a completely innocent hand gesture. The "Crown" at one point was a hand-sign for the YoungMoney M.C.'s (aka 051YM, Mickey Cobras). The hand sign that you are referring to stands for YoungMoney( or of course Latin Kings, depends really) but is now flashed in every picture of every teen from Chicago's north to south side, all the way to the East Coast and back down south. The same with this "L" all the teens throw up. Majority of them not ubderstanding how it makes them look like idiots if one was to question them on their gang affiliation because they saw something that looked "cool"

Maybe education is a solution to all this killing and maiming. I’m certain the perpetrators of violence were products of state schools with state sanctioned curriculums. Not to blame the teachers since they are just pawns in the state run system. The curriculum promotes social engineering changing the attitudes, belief system and established norms seemingly to the detriment of society. Absent is a fundamental teaching such as right and wrong. Teachings the values of the Ten Commandments and similar teachings of other religions are absent, but are the foundation of the system of law which keeps an orderly society. No right and wrong value system leads to a lawless out of control society.
Maybe its time for vouchers. Let parent(s) chose what is best for the children not bureaucrats and lobbyists in D.C. and Springfield. It boggles my mind how “choice” is encouraged as an option to end human life, but a no-no when it comes to decision making for the best school choice for our future, our children. In case you are wondering, education is left out of the Constitution by the framers. The framers believed education should be left to the local control of the States. But as soon as federal money in lunch programs was introduced, the federal government injected itself and now has a very loud voice in controlling education through the federal purse. Very rarely do officers encounter privately or religiously educated students involved in the all these acts of violent crime. Just a thought.

The thing is we hit 100 murders Monday of this week. 100 Pure,, based off the REAL definition of murders, murders. But I read an article this past week from a website that I for the life of me can't find at the moment that states 5 out of 8 of last weeks homicides were determined to be involuntary manslaughter... LMFAO. Another homicide where a guy was un over and killed and the driver was charged with 1st degree murder was also not counted. So we apparently "have" "94" "homicides" as of the end of April, down from 100 homicides on Monday. Lol, this city does what ever the fuck it wants.
Unless they are asshats, and there are no cameras around, why arrest people for misdemeanor amounts of pot? It will be legal soon anyway.

McCarthy might go down as the worse supt in CPD history,but it will not be an easy task. He sure has alot of competition from previous supts, who also have the credentials to be named "Worse Supt in CPD History" They set a high standard.
