011 XO Buscemi needed to contact Chicago Ridge PD immediately after last weeks shit-show to instruct them on setting up post-wilding boxes to prevent further shenanigans. Contact carding every exhuberant youth is also a novel idea to prevent the descent into food court chaos.

Organize and then instruct via Twitter, FB etc. anyone who's had enough to show up wearing balaclavas and non-descript clothing. Tell them to arrive armed with bats, saps, tasers, boards with nails, chains, pillow cases full of batteries, brass knuckles, clubs, asps, metal pipes and some mace for good measure.
Then commence to beating the snot out of every jagoff that so much as lifts an item off a shelf, hoots or hollars, knocks over a chair in the food court, throws a fist, spits at, motherfucks or makes an ignorant comment to anyone trying to enjoy the mall like a normal human being. Double the beating for any savage that approaches a woman, child or elderly person with their ghetto bullshit. Triple the ass-whopping for any bastard that gropes a woman. And no going soft on the females - anyone of them engaged in the wilding and sporting a weave or extensions gets that rats nest ripped right from their coconut.
Chicago Ridge and the surrounding police forces can stand down until they get the sign to escort in ambulances to clean up the wounded who weren't able to leave the battlefield under their own power or be carried off by their homies.

All well and good, but, who will land in jail? Certainly not the Dindoos who respond to the original call for raiding the mall. They are protected; you are not, and certainly not "civilians" who may want to join in with you.

I wondering if these guys are eating t-bone steak dinners with all that moola they are making. You gotta have some real testosterone to be willing to go through that. No uniform allowance either
Part-Time Police Officer
Chicago Ridge Police Department is now accepting applications for part-time police officer. The applicant must be 21 years of age and above and will undergo an extensive background check and interview process.
Part-time officers shall be assigned to duties that they have been trained to perform, such as parks patrol, traffic control, safety coverage at village events and supplement the Patrol Division as required. Part-time Officers are responsible for the processing, observations, and transportation of prisoners that are in custody. This position requires clerical skills, to include computer skills and two-way radio communication skills. The person must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Communications in the position are normally non-emergency, but the employee must be able to handle unforeseeable situations that may be considered to be emergencies.
Part-time Officers undergo, up to 100-hours of training within the department and will be required to attend a 400-hr police training academy for part-time police officers with 18 months after appointment. The training period is considered an observation period for possible employment and receives no compensation.
Pay: $12 per hour
Hours of work: any period in a day, on any day of the week.
Average number of hours per week: under 30 hours
Part-time police officers receive no uniform allowance.
Completed application must be returned to the office of the Chief of Police along with a copy of a government issued, photo identification card (i.e. drivers license).

Look, I was on the sidewalk on Halstead 30yrs ago when this white dude got pulled over for speeding.
The cop was stern and asked for ID and typical shit, just the straight get to the point bullshit.
OK, after the cop took his third motherfucking, he pulled the fucker out of the drivers side
window, gave him a mild wood shampoo and cuffed him on the side of the street.
I looked around at the people who saw this go down, and the concept of dont run your mouth and have respect for the cops in the big city was clear by the head shakes.
What the fuck happened?
Ive seen Cpd get involved and actually take the the time to help out of town fender benders get on their way while the radio goes nuts!
