That Robber Killed the Other Night?
- Police said he had been on parole for a past armed robbery conviction.
Whoa! Who would have thought that a convicted felon would have learned his lesson? But the politicians keep directing these repeat and recidivist offenders keep being released into society.

You think being in jail would have taught him another profession to get into that was less likely to result in violence against him; like maybe stealing spare tires or catalytic converters.
Say it isn't so!!!! When will judges, asa's, and parole boards be held accountable for their poor decisions in unleashing these animals back into society?

The criminals are safer if they are locked up.
This guy's story proves that they are safer if we lock them up.

I'm sure aun-tay is looking for a graduation picture for this fine upstanding citizen. He was on the verge of turning his life around. This was going to be his last lick.
Hopefully his career ended before he killed somebody.

"Convicted robber?" Hell, the guy killed with "16 shots" at 52/Hoyne the other day, the one making the stupid "I needs to hide in the store" selfie-video when he got blown up, is reportedly a "convicted murderer."
All this stuff about how he "had not been identified," and suddenly the whole literally made-for-TV Chicago shooting-war spectacular with award-winning gunshot audio, best of the whole week, drops right off the radar.
No one "demanding" anything here.

Very little coverage in the anti-gun media. But Ch. 5 did 2 days covering the accidental discharge in Nortlake and the store owner vowing to put a red no gun sticker on his door. When he gets robbed 2 months from now - will Ch. 5 cover that Phil Rogers?

Thanks to that judge who gave this guy another chance. A chance to ruin someone else's life.
This really wasn't the poor robbers fault. He was locked up when Illinois passed it's concealed carry law so he had no idea. The damn Illinois penal system is to blame for these atrocities!

Agreed but practice with a laser site, more accurate and as soon as thug is lite up with laser beam many times thugs run, suburban departments are allowed green lasers but not barney fife CPD we are policed by a gold star ripping the pension off children's club!
630 guy here. This thug didn't have an ounce of fat on his body. looked like an NFL safety. Years of prison work-out rountine. Be careful out there. They are getting out of prison earlier and they are built for battle!
