FOP Prediction
- Disrespect for the Chicago police is at an all time high and as the weather turns warmer this summer, the city’s already high level of violence is ready to explode, especially if new proposed policies are adopted. So warns an official with Chicago’s Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).
In a new interview, Dean Angelo, Sr., President of Chicago Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7, expressed foreboding about the summer months as gang violence in the city ramps up to a fever pitch as it usually does in the warmer weather. But the climate of violence isn’t just because of the temperature.
Angelo criticized as “ridiculous” Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s pubic pronouncements that the Chicago PD is fraught with systemic racism and warned that the disrespect Emanuel’s words fostered toward police, and possible changes being proposed in the state legislature, will cause the city to “light up” this summer.

rahm knows his electable political life is over; he blames the police department for his demise, so he will do everything while still mayor to ruin the once great CPD.
Also as an affront to the taxpayers (real taxpayers) he will raise every tax and fee through the roof prior to his depature.
I also think if Hillary wins, rahm will seek a spot in her administration in order to "resign with honor."

Watched The seven minute video anybody who says that Dean Angelo is not doing his job has no idea or has an agenda.
Rahm Emanuel will be on K St. or Wall St. come the summer of '19.

Finally dean is spot on,and last night we had 2 killed, 5 shot in a cool pouring rain, these animals are out everywhere,and after looking at shootings so many are "drive-by" shootings, but the cameras catch some, like the killers shooters will be caught? As stated here on many occasions, we cannot prove, nor do we intend to prove, that anyone posting in the comment section is or ever has been CPD. We weed out the obviously twisted minds, eliminate ALL CAPITAL posts, and wild blanket accusations without any basis in fact (that would be why yours didn't make the cut).
And we still delete less than 5% of the comments - 4.8845% at last count.
The O'Reiley factor of 05/13/2016 blasted the CPD for what he construed as racism by the CPD because of the number of murders and shootings.
He made no mention of the understaffing. He gave short shrift to the "Ferguson Effect". He made no mention of the "no snitched no stitchen' unwritten law in the hood. His solution was to simply catch the gangbangers.
He did also criticize the criminal justice system for releasing criminals early. (Sorry I didn't mean to call them criminals.)
As others above have noted he made no mention of race other than to criticize police for not helping to stem the murders of minorities.
I hope someone in your association puts together some facts together and challenges O'Reiley to the max.

Looked at that also, the garage crew will not down a car for no air in the summer, time to check if it is your regular car make sure air and everything works if not down it now before the massive heat wave, that way drive with windows up and air blasting, the neighborhoods thugland will be blasting but they won't be blasting air they will be blasting bullets as the blood flows quicker than a fire hydrant! Rahm man up now, have national guard here now say June and July in the thug areas, i know you will say its "racist" as your protected by how many CPD bodyguards making untold sums of pensionable out of grade money? I saw the O'Reiley comments and at first I thought the same as you. But after listening more closely I believe that he was talking about the mayor and governor as he said that they refused to employ the National Guard and that he believed that it was due to racism.
Isn't this new Police Chief going to make some difference in lowering the Homicide Rate?

At 3:45 p.m., a 32-year-old man was pronounced dead after he was shot on the 800 block of North Waller Avenue, police said.
The man was shot in the chest and managed to get to West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, where he was pronounced dead, Tannehill said.
So he made it to the hospital to be pronounced dead, maybe he could of waited on street for pronouncements why bother the hospital to tell him he is dead?
