- A man shot himself in the penis after robbing two people at a business Tuesday morning in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.
Just after 6 a.m., the 19-year-old robbed two people at gunpoint of their cellphones, wallets and cash at a business in the 700-block of West 116th Place, according to Chicago police.
As the man was running away, he shot himself in the penis, police said. He was taken in serious condition to Christ Medical Center, where he was taken into custody.
Charges are pending Tuesday morning, police said. Area South detectives are investigating.
Can't wait to see what downgraded charges Foxxx files. Five bucks says she never goes for the Aggravated Discharge.

On 01 Nov the infected areas will be closed for 12-18 hrs due to extreme extermination. Formal Winter Uniform inspection has been cancelled on the 2ND of Nov, so no one brings clean Uniforms into the infested area (good call by the Commander by the way). Once again only the best for CPD and our working environment.

That is what you get when you classify police stations as warming centers. We have had a few homeless citizens stay overnight and a few throughout the day stay. Our watch commander said "be grateful that you have a home".

You can probably thank your hard charging tac guys for that one. These guys will lock up a roach on two legs for jay-walking just to get a head.
