Where did they learn this behavior? Who is encouraging it?
- A 12 yr old and a 14 yr old tried to jack a car in Oak Park last week. Lady resisted. They ran and were caught a few blocks away.
14 year old was already wearing an ankle bracelet because of his involvement in other jackings.
Both released to their parents without being charged
Dart is even emptying the Audy Home it seems.

In 001 we are currently looking for three cars that were jacked in the past few days that are now being used to rob downtown residents, visitors and businesses alike. As such, we think it’s imperative that all the travel blogs be notified to keep the tourists safe and away from this crime ridden shithole of a city.
How much grief will these two creatures cause in the next 5 to 7 year's ?

Years ago there was a home invasion in north 024. The libs surrendered their car keys to the thugs. When caught, they were asked why they didn't take the cars. "We don't know how to drive stick, so we had to leave them." I'm guessing all those yups with their fine EuroAutos are safe.

A CCL carrier here, if I'm being carjacked and they are kids (12-14) and I shoot bought during the act, I believe I would be in trouble because of their age. I think under those circumstances, I'm using my option to leave and take my changes. The reality in my way of thinking, if I exercised self defense while being robbed, I will then exercise self preservation from the liberal politicians, media, and possible retaliation from offenders family or friends.

It is not confined to Chicago. Recently visited Milwaukee, where car jackings are on the rise at all hours of the day and night. The suspects are usually described as "youths."
The activists are decrying the fact that Wisconsin juvenile facilities are too far for most adult role models for the youths and that it would be better to discharge the juveniles to the custody of their parents who failed to supervise them adequately in the first place. Otherwise it would be racist.
With events like this the cartels are going to have to lay off some judges.
