Alderman Support

  • The GoFundMe campaign set up as a legal defense fund for Chicago Police officer Robert Rialmo has raised more than $6,000 of its $50,000 goal in less than a week.

Among the 112 donors so far: Ald. Nick Sposato (38th), who kicked in $100 last Friday.

GoFundMe allows donors to give money anonymously if they prefer, but Sposato said he put his name on his money in the hopes that others would follow suit.

“Hopefully my police and fireman friends see this and I hope they jump in and help as well,” Sposato said. “I’m not trying to hide anything.”
Thank you alderman. Nice to see someone in your position supporting those who would be railroaded for Rahm's political gain.

You can donate, too. The link is down a few days.

I am surprise no CRs aren’t getting blasted through COPA for CPD or CFD employees giving support— you know they are thinking of a way to do it

I'm all for supporting the officer. I am not, however, going to donate to a fund set up by his attorney. I'll be finding a way to get money directly to the officer.

@GoFundMe definitely heard us and are "looking into" it. Thank you to everyone who shared and reported. Even if we don't win this one, I want to act on every chance to take something away from the police, as individuals and as an institution.

This is their mentality. They will hurt us any chance they can.

By the way, I am enraged at this SJW named Rachael Perrotta.

She stated on Twitter:

Well Rachael, it's always fun to limit the police actions when you are a leftist to the extreme. However, when the criminals you protect can easily hit you in the head with a brick, drag you down an alley, then sexually assault and sodomize you, it soon doesn't remain fun.

@plussone (twitter handle) just google it and it’ll pop up her recent posts. She’s got a link going in which she’s trying to get the GoFund me page removed. Supposedly the company “has listened” to her outcry and are investigating the page !

Hey, I’m all for supporting Bob, but a page with the proceeds going directly to Brodsky? No fucking way is this guy getting a dime directly from me. There’s a million ways to support coppers through fundraisers etc. once Bob has the cash in hand he can do as he pleases with it.

For the Aldermen to donate is a great thing.
If you feel this is a witch hunt going after this officer
The send whatever support you wish.

But Where are the rest of the former CPD members who became aldermen?

I just mailed a money order to Brodsky's office for Rialmo's defense fund against copa cabana railroading. Why should I give go fund me a percentage of my money for their personal gain? Send it directly to the source.

As for Rachael, we should all send her a valentines card.. LOl

Set by his lawer is a mistake, it will turn some people away.

This is why "loser has to pay" is a must do improvement needed in our justice system.

Wait a minute, why is it that it can possibly cost a life savings to defend yourself in court in the first place???

The core of Americas justice system problem is exposed plainly. It aint the cops! Take a good look, its a cop getting screwed by it!

Its the BAR.

Notice, here again the Bar members are making money, big bucks, because of this nonsense, getting paid on BOTH sides and getting paid LARGE because of the complication of the legal system. The more complicated it gets, the more money they make.

Had enough yet?

The tone an the attitude prove that the SJW’s are worse than the religious fanatics and terrorists . Yes Terrorists, the truely believe that they are the only ones that know what’s good for the rest of us and they true believe that the end justifies the means so there are no rules for them trying to attain their goals

Ald Nick Sposato, a former Chicago firefighter, is a big supporter of the CPD. I've seen him in person, often in a walker or wheel chair, due to debilitating health issues, at Chicago police fundraisers.
He was the sponsoring Alderman of our request for honorary street signs at Palmer and Nordica in 2014 on behalf of Chicago Police Officers Hauser and Kilroy killed in the line of duty. http://secondcitycop.blogspot.com/2014/08/street-sign-dedication.html
Along with Alderman Anthony Napolitano, having served both as a former Chicago police officer and firefighter, there are few, if any alderpeeps that have our best interest at heart.
Thanks and keep the faith and fight on our behalf.
God Bless and keep safe all our fellow first responders.

We don't need a GoFund me page to support our brothers and sisters, we've been collecting money for these situations for quite some time. If GoFund me is going to support criminals that are involved in pointing weapons at police they have to let the boys in blue raise money for their cause.

His lawyer has a history with the ARDC, and a few other places. Personally, given the situation, I'd represent him pro bono, he could then use the GoFundMe money for his family. Let's hope he comes through okay.
