Nice CTA Rahm
The CTA needs some of these:
- A female was killed and a man critically injured after the two stabbed each other following an argument that began on a CTA bus on the South Side, Chicago police said.
The pair were arguing on the bus in the first block of East 63rd Street in the Washington Park neighborhood around 7:30 p.m. when the female stabbed the man, 37, in the upper right side of the shoulder.
The man then got off the bus, and the female followed, police said.
They struggled, and the man took the knife and stabbed the woman.
IF knives weren't allowed on the CTA, then this never ever would have happened.

I worked mass transit in the 80's we had 300 guys assigned to the unit, plenty of coverage,decoy units,bigger tact teams, we even had gang teams riding cta, now we have about 60 total,and since lietenant hall wysingers wife got there,she blew through the cta special budget (Typical can cheat on a test but cannot count), so now we have 1/4 of coppers working days off!Transit is in major trouble again no feds looking into the billions given for cta and rahm on a spending spree in the billions just buying votes!
Notice how the owned media stopped quickly reporting on the cover-up of all the cps "children" sexually assaulted,and not 1 of the rahm crew was terminated? The kids are ravaged on the streets by violent crime,school was to be a safe haven,but the predators are attacking them! Where is flaky and jackson and all the revs, with signs "Rahm covered up,cps scandal against our kids" Guess the "children" are political pawns who can be abused this is acceptable rahms values?
It was a knife fight, instead of a gunfight, because they obeyed the no guns allowed signs on CTA property.

I've been threatened 2X on the CTA in recent months.
I am not one of youse guys (the police), so all I have to use is a a few ink pens & maybe a screwdriver if it comes to being physically attacked.
I try to avoid problems (have learned to walk away from, but not with my back turned) because I don't have enough money for a lawyer and don't want my name in the crooked media newspapers saying I am the "bad racist guy" even though I may be defending myself.
Honestly hate this town, but can't leave due to having family/financial responsibilities and a pretty decent job with benefits that can't just be found anywhere.
Too bad the no good loser brainless politicians don't experience what us regular taxpayer folk experience on a daily basis here in Shitcago.

Now, now, let us not indulge in hyperbole here.
To address a few of your apparent concerns:
1. What dwells within thee that, though sufficiently concealed from most, is just perceivable enough to, uh, inspire in the few who are begging to be inspired, the knowing that you are not the droid they be wanting to fuck with? A: I will take you with me if I go.
2. The fictional John Wick did it with a pencil!!!!! Twice, I believe. How, theorectically and fictitiously, did the energetic lad accomplish this fictional task? The writer gave credit to "sheer will". This is not as fictional as most civilized humans are inclined to believe.
3. As stated, you have much to not pointlessly die for and much to stay alive for. This is the inherent vulnerability which seems to negate and nullify all efforts to sincerely embrace the "take the fucker(s) with you" point of view. Were the situation you find imminent come to be, you will discover that this vulnerability vanishes so quickly, you will marvel, should you still be here, at how the fuck did that happen? It's like a switch, normal position = the you you know; flipped by neccessity = fuck you, asshole, come to ME, spoken without uttering a single word.
4. All this, and yet, avoidance is the primary choice for all but the thoroughly insane. Yes, that would be the fictional Paul Kersey, though, even fictitiously, he can't be faulted for this, given the original story's base premise of his motivations. Indulging in even the appreciation of the Paul Kersey character's activities, without soaking yourself in the horror of the experience motivating his actions, dishonors the idea and deludes yourself into feeling that you have equal motivations, which you, presumably, do not.
5. So, any choosing to carry a weapon capable of killing must include your knowing you are capable of choosing to kill. The when, why, who and how follow this knowing. Do not doubt this.
6. The most effective weapon anyone has is located between left and right ears, behind nose and eyeballs and below top of skull. Use it. Use the fuck out of it. Literally.
7. Given that you find you cannot cease utilizing the fucking CTA, applying #6 is the starting point to any improvements sought by you, with primary emphasis given to #5. All else will follow, IF you first THINK and DECIDE if you are, indeed, willing to kill to keep from being killed.
Paul Kersey is someone that no one wants to be. Watch the first feature and think about it. Really watch it. Really think about it. Yeah, it's just a movie, but, this is the world of meat, blood and bone. Where anything can happen. Anything.
