Leading the Way to the Bottom

  • Boston, MA – When Suffolk County’s district attorney-elect Rachel Rollins takes over the prosecutor’s office in January, criminals will no longer need to worry about being held accountable for many offenses – including resisting arrest.

“It’s a recipe for disaster,” veteran Boston defense attorney, Robert Griffin, told the Boston Globe.

“The problem is the message that you’re sending,” Griffin stressed. “You’re encouraging bad behavior. You’re telling people that we’re not going to do anything about this.”
So no Resisting charges in Boston. Great fucking idea. And there's a list of fourteen other charges this progressive democrat will not prosecute, including:
  • offenses of shoplifting,
  • trespass,
  • threats,
  • and larceny under $250m
  • disturbing the peace,
  • disorderly conduct, and
  • “minor driving offenses,”
Sounds exactly like Crimesha's list. But how about this one?
  • Breaking and entering will not be prosecuted, as long as the perpetrator makes sure the property is vacant.
Unreal.

“Drug possession” and “”delivery of drugs” is on Biston’s list also.

But they are quite behind the times, because here in Cook County, Murder, Agg Batt/Firearm, and Vehicle Hijacking all pretty much receive a pass as well. Even if it’s onky in practice, not official policy.

This transition is taking place in all the the Democrat controled cities. The destruction of the middle class. You will have no recourse when you become a victim. Except if you are a government elite, then the shitheads will be charged. It is also the destruction of American policing. Now the Democrats are against building the border wall when a few years ago they were for it. Now Nancy Pelosi said a wall would be immoral even though the majority of Americians want a wall. So they want no borders America open to all. What will life be like here when a billion or two come, who will support them? The transformation of America brought to you by the Democrat Progressive Socialists. Remember you have no say because you are just mere citizens.

Enlightened thinking, that is what this is called. Liberals have always thought the way to reduce crime is to decriminalize the activities. It starts with weed. Decriminalize pot and you take the money out of it and you reduce gang crime. You do not have to go to street gangs to buy it and thus they cannot make money anymore, They disappear and the streets are safe again, Waller style. Good thinking right? I mean they do not know it but they created and further empowered another gang, government. Ever wonder how far liberal thinking could go?

Then Eddie Johnson will have an excuse for the solvabilty rate being so low. Maybe even Prickwinkle and Rahm can go out and make the arrest. Make lots of reports to have crime rate go up. In those countries, being a criminal makes you defective and socially ostracized, so they can correct you to fit back in. Their prisons look nicer than the Dorms at U of I.

Here we have communities, who's demographics live in neighborhoods where criminal behavior is normal. And more importantly, is the real economy of the neighborhood, often 70-80% of neighborhood commerce. The other 20% is liquor stores, pawn shops, cash your check type places.

Would it not be ironic with government decriminalizing crime if the ultimate effect is law abiding people turned to preying on criminals in the streets with such things as our legally owned weapons, CCW or not? I mean I have a 15% chance of being tagged for shooting someone assaulting me or someone else. I like those odds. I like them very much. When we created the first comprehensive DNA database for a state, in Georgia, in the 90's, and began getting hits off it for serial sex offenders, one thing stood out.

Virtually all of the multiple "hits" were eventually identified as men who were serial, stranger sex offenders who only had the following convictions on their long criminal records: drugs offenses, breaking and entering, and burglary.

Either the prosecutors caught them in the act and let them plead down because they knew you couldn't prosecute a rapist in Atlanta, or they were caught in the act of breaking in before they could find someone to rape, or they were getting their jollies off in between sex crimes by popping into random residences -- the latter being a surprisingly common rush for chronic sex offenders.

And not a few of them in Georgia and elsewhere were subsequently clients of the "Innocence Project" who got off for being busted for the wrong sex offense because cops knew they were breaking into lots of houses looking for women to rape and just picked them up for the wrong rape because they were working in the same hood as other sex offenders.

So. Ms. Rollins is going to have a lot of victims' blood on her hands. In the Soros network, there's probably a year-end bonus for that.

There are only so many resources available for prosecuting crimes. It's more important prosecute more serious crimes. This is why plea bargains are so common. It's about the same thing except they've decided to put it down on paper. I think that's a good thing. If the public wants these lesser offenses prosecuted somehow the public is going to have to pay for it and at this point the public has not shown any interest in doing so.

Unf****** believable, but increasingly common in this Soros funded, CNN/New York Times misreported country.

Now we need to get more practical about outing and punishing these worst "let the criminals all off" Leftists.

Sure, most of us have revolutionary fantasies about hanging or shooting the worst Antifa, Lib Leftists or cuckservatives who let the perps all go. But, it's not practical.

Instead we need to learn the very effective tactics the Left uses to punish their perceived enemies (us).

Learn to "Dox" - publish the personal information of the worst Soros funded pro criminal DAs like this Mass bitch.

Where does she live, work out, hang out? Antifa openly verbally challenges GOP Conservatives in Washington just trying to eat lunch - we can do the same and we must.

It's not that hard and nothing much is going to happen to us if we do it right.

I doxed some Chicago newspaper reporters that had published the home address of Officer Wilson in Ferguson MO - attempting to alert BlackLiesMatter and Antifa mobs to attack him and his family. I put in declaimers strongly recommending that no one make any threats, propose violence or anything like that but said it was OK to drop the #*$&# reporters a Christmas card or let neighbors and local law enforcement know that really bad people lived by them.

The doxing worked.

If you and your family are unable to flee Illinois and have to remain for a time, start storing essentials so you can sustain yourself for about a month if the unspeakable happens.

if you think that will be a bad situation, just wait until the new p.o.s. Illinois atty. gen. takes over. criminals will never be sentenced again. just let loose. might as well stop making arrests. let the reverends and community organizers take care of crime. just protect your loved ones. .

10:22, U are so right. Going all the way back to when the kid from TEXAS refused to wear the UN blue beanie and was court martialled under fuckin' clinton!!! The bush's are nwo also, even as I totally respect old man bush's service (I was a Perot voter) to our country. Our only hope is President Trump!!! I HATE democrats with a passion and rinos

12/09/2018 12:28:00 AM

You voted for Perot? How did you not see that he was going to be a spoiler? You are part of the 19% who handed the presidency to Clinton, a dope-smoking, hippie deviate, over George H. W. Bush, a war hero. Clinton would still be in Arkansas if not for Perot.

Clinton received 43 point something % of the vote, Bush received 37 point something % of the vote and Perot got 19 point something % of the vote. Bush would have kicked Clinton's ass, if not for Perot, the lunatic.

They say voting for a third-party candidate is a wasted vote, but that was not the case with your vote for Perot. You essentially voted for Clinton.

Thank you SCC. I will avoid a trip to Fenway this coming baseball season. Bean Town is now a personal no-go zone, as well as many other places like downtown Chicago.

Mostly idiotic. But, most "resisting arrest" charges are bullshit. They've even been applied for saying "please don't." And people have been prosecuted for it even after the alleged real charges were dropped.

So that part's a bright side for civilized people.

As far as comments about "joining the NRA," the NRA doesn't vote for law enforcement, only for candidates who answer its surveys and give it money.

And it supported the NFA, the GCA, the Hughes Amendment, and asked for the pending bumpfire stock ban.

So fuck the NRA.

So... I'm guessing that since those will not be prosecuted is there a reason to respond to any of those jobs?

12/09/2018 09:54:00 AM

A crime still occurred. Maybe they'll route the victim to call-back for a report.

New Tax!

So the person CHARGED with enforcing the law via prosecution, the person who TOOK AN OATH to faithfully discharge the duties of the office is declining to prosecute criminals?

Let me ask you, do you think that the retailer is simply going to absorb the costs of shoplifting?

No. They're going to pass the cost on to you, the consumer. This will give you another opportunity subsidize these assholes.

And when you stop shopping at these locations because you can get the same product cheaper outside the area? The store will close. More people out of jobs. One less place for you to shop. Lower tax revenue for the municipality.

What about his twin Bloomberg? Some people should not have that much money, and an anti American agenda.
The both of them should lead the way and show us how equal distribution of wealth will work. What would they be without all their money?
