- A catastrophic U-turn on Lower Wacker Drive left a baby girl dead and two adults fighting for their lives early Friday. At 1:09 a.m., a Mazda 3 was heading west in the first block of West Lower Wacker Drive and made a U-turn at an intersection, according to Chicago police. It struck an Acura MDX driving east on a green light and then careened into a wall.
Amaria Glenn, a 1-year-old baby, was ejected from the Mazda, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. She was taken to Lurie Children’s Hospital in critical condition before dying within the hour.
Mom was high, driving like an asshole without a license and without insurance, and didn't bother to secure the child in a car seat. Charges?
- A woman has been charged with causing a Friday crash on Lower Wacker Drive that ejected and killed her 1-year-old passenger.
Adreannia Donaldson, 29, was charged with felony aggravated DUI and several misdemeanors following the early morning crash when she failed to yield to traffic while making a U-turn on Lower Wacker at Garvey Court, Chicago police said.
Maybe a couple of higher charge?

I’m sorry about the kid. No child deserves to die like that, no matter what I think of our bottom-feeding denizens. I would, however, like to know how how a welfare queen has the money for an almost new car, but no money for things like car seats, $20 license fee, insurance? No wonder I drive a six year old car.
All these assholes that pull U-turns at intersections every damn day like they could care less about who actually has the right of the way - I'm surprised more of these kinds of accidents don't happen...

The mom can be facing several Agg DUI charges due to the death of her infant child,i.e.. Agg DUI no DL; Agg DUI no insurance; Agg DUI accident involving injury/great bodily harm/death; Agg DUI suspended. Need to find out what the full list of charges are. Agg DUI is just a general term. There are over 20 felony DUI charges in Illinois, many that are quite severe.
The ACLU will pull up records showing that good momma Donaldson was racially profiled too many times in the past for traffic violations (compared to insurance buying, license holding, baby protecting White drivers).

GTFO! The ACLU will be doing backflips! Charging an unfortunate, drug using, law breaking, POS with a severe charge? Have you lost your mind? Father Flucker will be closing down more expressways! I can't see it, yet somehow I see a lawsuit against the city and the alderthieves approving yet another multimillion dollar payout!

Driving around high at 1 am with 1 yo roaming freely in car, yep that's typical model parenting. Bet all charges dropped for mourning community members. So insane and horrific, but seems typical.

Other news articles states she was not only under the influence of drugs but also had an alcohol level of over .08. Go, figure, drunk with amphetamines and marijuana

Reckless Homicide
The amount of accidents on lower wacker drive is staggering. It's like people lose their ability to drive under there.
Like reckless homicide? Hummm.
The 'at fault' driver was found to be intoxicated both by alcohol and drugs, failed to secure her 1 y.o. child who was dependent on her for her well-being and safety, committed a dangerous and deadly vehicle maneuver, all the while not licensed or insured.
The 'Mazda 3' didn't murder that poor baby, it was 'mama!'
Again, if you stop these people the ACLU will help take your job, your savings, and your house.
Don't we have a Felony Child endangerment charge? How about Felony murder? She is felony DUI- driving with the kid NOT in a car seat,
if the person killed was in the other car, would this not be Felony Murder? So why not for the child in her car?

for failing to stop her before the
accident occurred...

DUI court is 10% more strick than CookCo criminals’courts.
There will be at least 4 appearances before the plea deal.
The charge makes her 3x more eligible for some sort of actual jail time after her 5th conviction for a DUI offense that results in a death.

Look at the states attorney that will give you your answer why everything is out of control in favor of the criminal simple as that

The AGG DUI charge is a more serious charge and easier to prove than reckless homicide. The statute was modified a few years back. Now what the States attorneys in Cook county do as opposed to other counties remains to be seen.
