Bailed Out to Sell Dope

- Two people were arrested over the weekend in what the Duluth Police Department said was the largest heroin seizure in the history of the department.
On May 30, investigators executed search warrants at an apartment and a hotel room and recovered approximately 4.3 pounds of heroin, a half-pound of cocaine, a loaded gun and $94,623. The heroin has an estimated street value of $350,000, according to police. The warrants were the result of a two-month long investigation into a drug trafficking organization with suspected sales of heroin in the region.
The search also resulted in the arrests two suspects: a 39-year-old man and a 36-year-old man. The St. Louis County Attorney is reviewing the case for charges.
At the time of the arrest, the 36-year-old man was out on bail for a first-degree murder charge in Chicago.
We don't profess to be experts on Conditions of Bail, but we're pretty sure that interstate travel is not allowed. Is anyone in the media going to pick this up? Dart was making excuses a few weeks ago (see our archives), and we speculated it was either a break with the Prickwrinkle Machine or a directed effort to toss Crimesha under the bus by her handlers. This one is tailor made to further that story.

A last ditch effort seeing that our legislative leaders MAD-AGAIN & COLOR-MONEY-TON can't seem to rally the troops to actually PAY DOWN DEBT! I'll annoy is the battle cry for more taxes, taxes and more never ending taxes. So we lose a few people or folks or innocent tax payers, all in a days taxes and taxes and ignorance to crime, debt or infrastructure...If illannoy was a 3rd world country

This was discussed on Minnesota' main FM morning radio program, at least. Plenty of snark about the level of intelligence necessary to get a murder beef in Illinois, then head north to run some drugs.

After taking a life, the county criminal justice collaborative releases an identified murderer to sell dope and destroy many more families Minnesotan-Americans with the wrath of herron addiction. Thank you democrats.

Are you positive that this happened because I didn’t notice this story on Any of our local ‘news’ stations. Seems that they go out of their way to find bad White people stories throughout the country to substitute & shell game for what’s really happening in our city. Is it That urgent to alert Chicagoans (as one of the top stories) about the bad White father in Ohio who killed his newborn, the bad White driver caught in a road rage incident, the bad school Principal not paying a strip club bill, the bad Officer at the Parkland HS shooting on felony charges). These ‘non-important’ stories should be not be used to distract Chicagoans from their daily sense of safety and security when they leave their front doors...

FYI, a little birdie was telling me that as of recent, new judges in "judge school" are being instructed to set LOW bonds with numerous "conditions". The huge problem is that the police can not make an on view arrest based on a violation of these conditions. The defendant must be given notice by the court and must appear to explain the violation. Therefore an officer must do a report on the violation, forward it to the SAO and hope they do something with it.

Looks like that ankle monitor stuff did not work. I had a relative who was on the ankle monitor. He traveled just about anywhere he wanted to. The sheriff deputy that was tasked with checking him falsified the inspection records. I would be willing to bet that is common behavior among our respected deputy sheriffs.
Do you ever wonder why Lori who was at a very high priced law firm, took the mayors job? Was she as they say "under performing," thinking she is smarter than she actually is? high priced law firms pay lawyers in the millions and yet she is here was she asked to leave?
Lori's management style already on display short time shows an utter complete lack of knowledge and experience. Not sticking up for Ed Burke but in the council session where Burke was correct on the rules and she shut him down, guess she meant to say' I'm mayor now and the rules will not apply!" The taxpaying citizens who are fleeing can leave to a red state where law and order is upheld and respected, the people/folks stuck here are in for a rough 4 years, with homicide counts rising, ventilation holes on the upswing, the fire department stocking up on water tanks to do the bloody hose downs, the sick truck guys and gals will be running even more!

The solution is Concealed Carry and proficiency in KILLING what you are shooting with one shot! The more this happens the less offenders there will be and the ones left may realize they are threatened and stop (not gonna happen) but probably leave for happier hunting and drug selling grounds!!!
Realistically having a real JUSTICE SYSTEM that actually puts dangerous murderous criminals behind bars would probably work too but...democRATS!!!

But, but, but, if we as good citizens, just invested more money and made more job opportunities in the community, he could have gone to any fine retail establishment and made himself some money......stocking shelves at Walmart, becoming a Barista at Starbucks, working as a bellhop in a fine new hotel built in the community......he could have earned $15 an hour for his labor there. Don't forget about perjury for allegedly lying to investigators about how many shots he heard while taking cover have to remember each shot fired perfectly now then they wonder why no one wants to be the Police anymore.
