- Did you hear Commander Wodnicki lead the Indiana State Police on a five mile chase doing 114mph to only stop because the spikes were layed out. His response to the State Trooper was he was going to an emergency that didn't exist. Staples was called from the scene and reluctantly got a CR number. All in his company car.
Poor Ed was let go and the investigation continued as it was a felony to travel that fast and elude law enforcement.
Don't worry. Calls were made to Troopers and they are no longer pursuing this. IAD called in to cover it up.

- What about Escamerit? Guy was found basically guilty of being a mad scientist, experimenting on his own child. He gets a three week stint in Boston for “leadership training” paid for by the tax payers. What does he do when he gets back from leadership training?
This after he brags about talking a Deputy Chief into giving him a "merit" bump - the first of two for two guys on the same team investigated by IAD for "holding" guns in lockers and threatening bangers with jail if they didn't come up with "something."

As soon as Escamerit came back he had the radio room add scheduled lunch times to the sheets some of the early cars on 3rd watch had their lunches scheduled at 1500 hours. So they had to take their lunch immediately after roll call. And everyone else on the watch was told if they were on a job and wouldn’t be able to take their lunch at their scheduled time they had to go on the radio and inform the Sgt. What they were on and their not taking their 30 at the assigned time.

Does Escamerit still play the retarded "What's Up Game?" I heard he barely speaks to anyone nowadays except for the Lts., when he dictates his commands to them. Like making sure everyone has fixed lunches lol. He even doesn't talk to the people in the CAPS office anymore. Imagine that. There was a time when Tony wasn't quite so reclusive. In fact, less then two years ago he was quite the chatterbox.
He liked to play strange cerebral games of power. His favorite was playing "What's Up?" I've recopied an old blog posting explaining the rules. Mainly because rumor and innuendo at the time was that Tony was furious about being mocked when he read it. The truth hurts when it's in written form....kind of like a 10 Stop email. Hope you are doing well Anthony. Still remember when it was just me and you in the back lot and you said "What's up?" to me with an attitude like I was some gangbanger on the corner. It was only too bad no judges were around to witness my response that you didn't like very much. Too bad for your sake anyway you slimy simpleton.

Ah, glad too see my old buddy is still up to his old tricks. Makes me all the more happy that I bid out of 025. Is Escamerit still playing the 'What's up?' game? That is the one where he greets you to see how you will respond.
I'll go over the rules for beginning players. Escamerit will acknowledge you by saying 'What's up?' He will then wait and see how you reciprocate his greeting. He did this to a female PPO who was getting paperwork in the front office. Having never seen him before, she replied 'Hi. What's up?' Wrong response. Tony berated her for not addressing him properly. Then he tattled on her to the Lt. He played the 'What's up?' game with a desk officer that had beaten cancer. He too responded poorly and was counseled by the Lt after Tony cried again.
One police player was not in the mood for the spirited game of 'What's up?' with Escamerit. Outside by the benches, the Commander said 'What's up?' The copper responded back 'What's up?!' in a surly tone. Well, you would have thought that he had threatened to assassinate Escamerit the way he cried to all the white shirts about it. The p.o. was officially admonished and had it put in his file. At the staff meeting, later that same day, all Escamerit could talk about was how this officer had disrespected him. He tried playing it off by saying, 'Well, I don't really care, but if he can do it to me, he can do it to any one of you!'
No Tony. Unlike yourself, we aren't retards that play the childish 'What's Up?' game with police officers. To any civilians that are reading this, I am absolutely serious. These incidents actually occurred. We really do have dumb jagoffs like Escamerit ruining this police department.
So remember players, if Escamerit asks 'What's up?' you better damn well answer back with a 'What's up, sir!?' or he will have a hissy fit. Always remember to tack on a 'Sir,' at the end. Then you win!

I spent almost 40 years on the job and came in contact with many of the people described in the blog over the years who were promoted by merit, clout or quotas. I remember a lot of them as PPOs. If you would have told me that they would have been bosses I would have said I seriously doubt it. But as the years go by you see more and more incompetents being promoted, although a few with clout were competent. The last numbers I remember were generally about 80% are supposed to get promoted by scoring well on a test and 20% were merit. I believe it's probably the reverse. But you will never know since there is no transparency because if there was, a lot of people would be going to prision. The whole system is corrupted because it is a one party, Democrat, system and there are no checks and balances by an opposing party, so it justs goes on and on. It will never change. Politics is too deeply embedded. My advice to the legit people is stay safe in these perilous times and have a long range plan.

Ed W has been protected from day one on the job. I worked in the vice control division way back when and Ed W was assigned as the 3rd watch commanders secretary. No one was there in the front office. The commander had a civilian as a secretary during the 2nd watch. Everybody went home at 5pm and the administrative section was empty. A crew worked prostitution and another gambling on the 3rd watch with varied starting times. Ed W would stroll in around 6pm and go directly to the commanders office where he broke out the books and studied his college courses. About 10pm it was end of shift for him and he was out the door. Not bad when he was out of the academy for 30 about minutes and had such a nice gig. Nothing has changed in all these years. PS he was also very friendly to us low lifes, never spoke to us.

Serious problem, bad enough that not many places to eat but also nearby places were not open all night. After 2 nights of NO movers or parkers and very few arrests, especially when you ride lights and sirens to in progress, thereby letting offenders know your close. The d/c ended that bullshit!!!

I do remember a Lt back in the 90’s who did something along the same lines but in Iowa. Speeding something over 50 mph to get to his daughter’s move in at college. Took the ticket then went to court and claimed it didn’t happen, conned a PO to go with to court as witness. Judge took a recess then came back with the video. PO was never there LT was jerk to the trooper ect. PO and LT both retired soon after it got bs k to city. Dipshits! Anyway this goof needs to be gone as well.
Escamerit was def the worst person I ever met on this job, but my time with him was in 007 when he was a LT. For all Kulbida’s faults he would harass and humiliate Escamerit all the time. Kulbida would do it in front of everyone and Escamerit would have to swallow it. I Personally witnessed this multiple times and Escamerit would shrivel up like a chump. Escamerit was such a terrible person we wouldn’t even feel sorry for him and hoped Kulbida would keep it up which he did. Whether Escamerit was playing his racial games against white coppers or harassing the female PO’s, Kulbida would destroy him. I will never forget the one time Harris and Escamerit were in the office together. It was like walking into a room with children playing grab ass and hurling insults at coppers. These are supervisors or CPD it’s a complete joke and a wonder why blue shirts don’t respect them.
Maybe was at the majestic star casino got cleaned out was itching for another fix so he hits the lights and sirens to get home grab the second debit card...most likely this was the story. We all been there.

A (supposed) drug dealer in Alabama kept a pet squirrel and fed
the rodent (yes, they are in the rodent family) methamphetamine,
so the squirrel would be an "attack squirrel" for his protection.
Somehow word got out and the police are looking for the dealer
and the squirrel, as they are now both on the run from police.

Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement by the State. Effective immediately.

I do remember a Lt back in the 90’s who did something along the same lines but in Iowa. Speeding something over 50 mph to get to his daughter’s move in at college. Took the ticket then went to court and claimed it didn’t happen, conned a PO to go with to court as witness. Judge took a recess then came back with the video. PO was never there LT was jerk to the trooper ect. PO and LT both retired soon after it got bs k to city. Dipshits! Anyway this goof needs to be gone as well.

As soon as Escamerit came back he had the radio room add scheduled lunch times to the sheets some of the early cars on 3rd watch had their lunches scheduled at 1500 hours. So they had to take their lunch immediately after roll call. And everyone else on the watch was told if they were on a job and wouldn’t be able to take their lunch at their scheduled time they had to go on the radio and inform the Sgt. What they were on and their not taking their 30 at the assigned time.

Exempts cannot be suspended for a day. They can only be suspended in increments of 7, as in 7 days, 14 days and so on, however, they usually get dumped from the exempt club without serving a suspension or they quickly retire without ever serving a suspension..

There was a young man, a P.O. with a PHD in something he deemed relevant to the job.This was many years ago. (decades?) He had a desk job somewhere because he was going to school. He felt he had arrived, and tucked his degree under his elbow and struck out the save the CPD. He was politely rejected to every boss that would take the time to see him. Finally, he got schooled by a real boss. He was told the boss wasn't heavy enough to get him own people into his unit. His degrees meant nothing as far as qualifications, if he couldn't answer the main question? "Who you with?" End of another sad story.
Is it the Wod or the Nob? Lock him up and throw away the key. Indictment should bepending. Company car, should be job related charges. Pension should be toast.
