Listened to the entire retirement speech. Eddie spoke about having a young activist in his office about how to improve the department. He also spoke of half the city having his phone number. Well you piece of turd, I have some years on this job and me and my work colleagues have never been in your office and asked for our opinions. We have never had your phone number. I guess everyone is more important than the people you work with.
When the new superintendent asks some of us doing this job how to improve the department, we should all respond by saying “a new contract”.

Clearly Special Ed’s idea of integrity is much different than Webster’s definition of integrity.
Good riddance Fat Head Ed you slob. You 100% did not represent the values of Chicago citizens and were a puppet plain and simple. No one will miss you and don’t speak of integrity like it’s something given to you or something you think you earned. You either have it or don’t and you unequivocally don’t have it. You were more of an embarrassment than anything. For God’s sake take some pride in your appearance. You were given an unearned position as superintendent and would speak of “this job” as your life and you’ve been doing it for so long. Yet the Chicago Police Department is worse off than when you accepted your given unearned position. Just to name a few, you lying about crime statistics/trends, allowing JVD to be made a sacrificial lamb among other officers to be undeservedly fired for political expediency, allowing officer morale to plummet, being partly responsible for the growing officer suicide rate and not having the courage or decency to attend the IACP event hosted in Chicago to represent your officers while the POTUS was there. Eddie Johnson is an utter disgrace to the police uniform, took no pride in himself or his appearance and was the fattest and most undeserving puppet ever to take the superintendent position.
Did anyone else notice that Fenner answered her cell phone on stage while the Supt, her husband, (I thought a divorce was in the making) was giving his speech (around the 11:00 mark) WTF was that, then she continues to text, the Supt "heard" her texting, stopped giving his speech, turned and looked at what she was doing, which she was hiding behind her son, and shook his head....WOW, what an idiot!!
