- A man allegedly coughed at the front desk staff of a Chicago police station Monday night amid an outbreak of the lethal coronavirus, police say.
Lythel Miller, 52, entered the building about 10:50 p.m. in the 3100 block of West Harrison Street and abruptly coughed in the direction of the crew, Chicago police said in an emailed statement.
The incident happened at the 11th District station on that block, a police source said.
Miller left the building but was arrested shortly after.
He was charged with a misdemeanor count of reckless conduct, and was released from custody on his own recognizance, according to court records.
This after the other night when an arrestee spit all over the station, officers and up to fifteen squad cars. bringing a District that routinely leads the city in crashes dangerously close to being on foot patrol.

Please demonstrate for me, and also please move into one of these hotel contagions, so that you can show how confident you are that the virus can't be spread via the HVAC system. It was proven that on cruise ships and retirement homes, that is exactly how the virus got so widespread.

Under JB' flag ship hotel in lower Wacker was a tent city and many poor homeless people. Two large tankers there spraying these poor folks with whatever was in those tanks of liquid. The head of security, Former Chief of "D" E.Roy was there to supervise and yell at these poor and ill human beings. Guess he landed on his feet with a 140 K a year job. He is no better than that drunk and perverted Johnson. Both per the IG' office was on the to be fired list after the Van Dyke shit storm.

Guy in lobby coughing happened the same night as the spitter. The spitting incident happened on the 1000 block of Springfield not the lobby.

Don't know how soon it goes into effect but I understand that if a subject cough's, spits etc. purposefully at Law enforcement or first responder personnel and he has the virus or claims to that the Fed's will charge them with a terrorist act. Kind of cuts out Foxx's non action.
