I sure hope so, but the members have to support this and that will be the big question. The fact the department stripped the new FOP President because he got filed a complaint on Johnson ( for actually breaking the law) is telling. It is time to unfound that complaint and for the IG to release the investigation into Johnson and into the cheating on promotion exams. Lets have transparency.

–Sure, don’t doubt the legitimate flight rules/regs, but point was JB going unnoticed to Florida. All jets to beech crafts planes have transponders but all can be turned off manually. Drug runners do it. Controlled airspace, turn On as needed for runway clearance, turn off for private fields? Tracking on FlightAware will show identifiable crafts but unk destinations. Heck, the transponder confirmed Off in the disappearance of Boeing 777 Malaysia 370.

Someone needs to look into this. Whether or not this was a state-owned aircraft, if it's carrying the Fat-Ass-In-Charge, it has to be FOIA'able. Then we also need to FOIA what the cost of his ISP detail is for him and his family on this outing. A tail# for the jet would be a great place to start. I don't think the State owns a jet and a King Air 300, would still be too heavy with his ass, so it has to be a jet and yet, any aircraft can opt out of being seen by any of the flight-tracker apps.
