According to various investigators, the meeting focused on jubeelee day. Foxx gave a speech to informed all the investigators the importance of This day. She also provided a history lesson on jubeelee day. Foxx when on to say how much Black people have been mistreated by whites. During this meeting, Fox encouraged several white investigators to apologize for their white privilege which they did.
According to various investigators, they were shocked that this type of meeting was being conducted. Former state’s attorney Anita Alvarez, never forced any employee to attend a Latino history meeting nor did Richard Divine or any other previous state’s attorney. what foxx did was completely wrong and illegal. This meeting was a official meeting.
Until someone in the office actually complains and files the proper reports, nothing is going to change.

Well then!!!! I just wanted to say in my close to 40 years on the job, me being white I have been mistreated by many black criminals and others for traffic violations or street stops. I have listened to years of verbal attacks. “You are a racist, you just arresting me because I am black.” “Your a bitch.” “N——-“. “M——- F——-.” “Honkie.” “Your mama is a hoe.” The words are interchangeable. And how about when you come upon a scene for whatever reason and the whole neighborhood has to interfere with their taunts and have no idea what you are doing or why you are there. And I have been lied to, can you imagine! And how about those resisters and those batter you. And how about all the times you stop or arrest someone, you did nothing to them, and days later you get the CR for verbal abuse, brutality, or you stole a large amount of money from them. I think police officers want to do their job but they don’t want to get involved in fighting with arrestees because now you get injured, now you get stuck with a ton of paperwork, end up sitting in court for hours where justice has been gone for years and then the icing on the cake, the CR number and the lawsuits for civil rights And so Ms. Foxx why don’t you host a town hall with the police so you can hear how Blacks have mistreated White police Officers and even Black, Asian, Hispanic and Gay officers. Yes I’ve been a witness to that. You should be ashamed of destroying law and order in this county but we know you are aligned with the radical left movement.

Thank you to one person dispelling some of the crazy rumors spread on here.
It doesn’t change that Foxx is a racist cop-hating joke, but sometimes we make ourselves look like fools when we spread foolish gossip.
Lakefront liberal here: Foxx, Lightfoot, Brown and Evans are all in over their heads and I think a lot of us know it. Unfortunately, the South and West sides are going to have to see a lot more mayhem before they realize it too.
This needs to go on campaign literature or be in a commercial for republican candidate.

NOT TRUE. Didn’t happen at all. I am ex CPD and now at SAO investigations . I was in the meeting and nothing could be further from the truth. No mention of white privilege and nobody apologized for anything. I know many people ain’t happy with her, especially coppers. It was a history lesson and more about sensitivity towards African Americans . Necktie traditions were discussed and eliminated due to a potential racist origin. I get it...but that didn’t happen.
