We don't know if you've been following the developments in the cesspool that is Seattle, but we'll try to summarize and link to some interesting reading.

First up, the Seattle police abandoned and boarded up the Est Precinct, ground zero to a lot of antifa bullshit and target of many attacks. The terrorists took it over and reopened it as the center of what they're calling the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone:

• Seattle’s hard-Left secessionist movement has claimed its first territory: six blocks in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
  
  For the past week, Black Lives Matter and Antifa-affiliated activists have engaged in a pitched battle with Seattle police officers and National Guard soldiers in the neighborhood, with the heaviest conflict occurring at the intersection of 11th and Pike, where law enforcement had constructed a barricade to defend the Seattle Police East Precinct building. Hoping to break through the barricade, protesters attacked officers with bricks, bottles, rocks, and improvised explosive devices, sending some officers to the hospital. At the same time, activists circulated videos of the conflict and accused the police of brutality, demanding that the city cease using teargas and other anti-riot techniques.
  
  Then, in a stunning turn of events, the City of Seattle made the decision to abandon the East Precinct and surrender the neighborhood to the protesters. “This is an exercise in trust and de-escalation,” explained Chief Carmen Best. Officers and National Guardsmen emptied out the facility, boarded it up, and retreated. Immediately afterward, Black Lives Matter protesters, Antifa black shirts, and armed members of the hard-Left John Brown Gun Club seized control of the neighborhood, moved the barricades into a defensive position, and declared it the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone—even putting up a cardboard sign at the barricades declaring “you are now leaving the USA.”

After barricading the community, they invited a bunch of homeless people to seek "sanctuary" from the oppressive forces of the police. Amusingly, the homeless stole all of their food and retreated back to friendly territory.

The protestors, with a radical commie anarchist (and elected) city council member, briefly seized control of City Hall:

• Several hundred demonstrators, led by Seattle City Council member Kshama Sawant, occupied City Hall downtown Tuesday night for just over an hour, calling for the resignation of Mayor Jenny Durkan and the defunding of the Seattle Police Department after a march from the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.

Power abhors a vacuum, so guess what happened late yesterday? A self-styled "warlord" appeared to take power in an American city:

• Of course, things aren’t running flawless, when you’ve lived in Mom’s basement for your entire adult life you sort of forget how to do the basics, like find food.
  
  And there is one other problem. They are finding that an armed and organized element with leadership that isn’t afraid to use violence pretty much trumps all the slogans and antifa bullsh** you can spout.
  
  A hip-hop artist, at least according to his Wikipedia entry, who goes by the name of Raz Simone is now the de facto ruler of the autonomous zone.

We're guessing the military will be called in shortly to engage in some urban "pacification" with extreme prejudice.
