So the NBA canceled some playoff games (we didn't know they were still playing games) over the Kenosha shooting.
So there can be 400+ black people killed in Chicago so far this year and nary a peep from the multi-millionaire Chinese tools. But one knife-carrying child rapist gets shot and the NBA decides now is the time to chime in?
No wonder their TV ratings are down 54%. Can't wait to see how bad the NFL ratings are this fall.

I stopped watching the NFL since the kneeling bullshit. Stopped watching the NBA once Lebron and his ilk shot off their mouths on every political wind known to man and now I am cutting off MLB. I am tired of MLB support for all this nonsense too. I can’t believe how many pro games I have watching in my life - watched MJ all the time, Cubs and Sox (Hugh baseball fan), every Bears game, but I started to loose interest two - three years ago and these hobbies are now dead to me ... I feel like it fizzed out long ago - all this recent nonsense just killed it. MLB fighting with players all summer just sickened me. Surprisingly, there’s tons of other stuff to do.
Hoping beyond hope the proper DOJ people are following the money to find out once and for all who is funding this crap before we have more people like the Antioch kid feeling they have to stand up.

There are a few good things happening because of COVID and all the ridiculous BLM protests/riots:
One is it's helping regular American break our addiction to thug basketball and Amurikun football. Basketball and Amurikun football are really the only two US sports now dominated by spoiled, thugs. There are so many other sports that deserve our support. College baseball is a good sport and under promoted. My alma mater Vanderbilt has one 2 out of the last 5 years and finished second another year. College baseball season isn't as long as MLB and you'll see mostly American players and crowds are nice, family oriented - ticket prices not bad. For women's sports I recommend volleyball and beach volleyball - good players and good looking.
American football is a stupid game and huge waste of time - 5 days a week for too many Amurikuns. Even the name is stupid. American football is a derivative of the British sport of rugby, not British football/soccer. The only people in American football that use their feet on the ball are the punter and field goal kicker. So we just got the wrong name. How stupid is that? Now, the game has morphed in to really weird sh** like genetically modified creature that way over 300 lbs, bulked up like hogs in a pen.
College hockey is another great sport played by Midwesterners and Northeasterners - the Frozen Four is a great treat just to meet the fans like the moms of these talented, well behaved athletes.
Let's take a pass on Football and Basketball for, for ever.
