Each team will have a videographer.
These Gold Teams will be sent to Mich Ave, south & west sides to take back Chicago, 12 hr days, no RDO for two weeks.
Chiefs will approve arrest reports, case reports, TRRs, MV pursuits, etc.
The videos will be shown daily at roll call and elearning.
Then we'll know how to do it!

I remember the day lil Darlin was screaming like a female, that zone 10 had to hold the air because a female officer had a emergency. He tried to convince the dispatcher that he wasnt a female but they kept ordering him off the air because of the female screaming for help.
Better yet how bout the dept release all body camera videos of police responding to everyday calls in the ghetto. People need to see what the police deal with on a daily basis, then guaranteed we get a big contract and these teachers will see their job ain't shit....

Nobody, and mean I mean nobody cares about your narcotic arrests. I care about Roosevelt Rd to North Ave, and Lake Michigan to Ashland Ave. Help figure out how to keep that area safe and secure so that the tax base of the city can continue to thrive. LET these idiots shoot each other, I'm getting sick and tired of doing these traffic stops for "activity". Fuck that, if im getting worked 12 hours a day constantly month after month and told to be "proactive" you are literally a fucking tool. If i'm getting shot at, I will make a good paper for the arrest, case and GRIND those hours out to make 100% sure, this hoodtrash isn't going anywhere but the cold box for life. Other than that, i don't care about these traffic stops, I don't care about these morons doing 20 blue cards in a day, I don't care about the daily grind. I'm in full survival mode and i watch out for myself, my partner and any units driving around the area outside of that fuck these out of touch merit bosses.
