Crime is Still Down!
Who are you going to believe? The politicians or your own lying eyes?
- For the past few weeks, we have reported almost daily about yet another robbery spree on the North or Near West sides of Chicago in which four, six, or eight victims were robbed in a short time.
We have more to tell you about today. Candidly, there were so many armed robberies in our primary coverage area overnight, we simply cannot reliably tell you how many occurred. Conservatively, we can say 20 armed robberies occurred. We believe the number may ultimately be more than 25.
Chicago police investigators believe at least three different crews were at work last night, a source said. No arrests have been made.
Like all the previous sprees, last night’s robberies involved three to five masked men armed with multiple firearms who jumped out of vehicles (usually stolen) to rob people on the streets.
CWB continues to outshine the local media in terms of covering crime, with accurate numbers and real descriptions of the offenders.
The percentages here are actually pretty amazing. They haven't run into a concealed carrier for dozens, maybe tens of dozens of incidents. You would think that the odds would shift against them at some point. We can only encourage citizens to start fighting back since the police are shorthanded.

I fully endorse vigilantism for those good citizens so inclined.
I also strongly encourage concealed carry (official or otherwise) for the average Joe (and Jane) who find themselves conducting business or pleasure in that shithole city.
If I only had a nickel for every local resident - and tourist alike - to whom I suggested “shoot and scoot” if the opportunity ever presented itself. I’ve had some very candid exchanges with some very like-minded people regarding what needs to be done to these roving packs of savages.
The silent majority has no qualms with handling business as it unfolds. It’s the fact they’ve got everything to lose afterwards while Dude has none of the same concerns.
Crime is up and so are the 911 calls coming into the 911 Emergency Number. I believe there is an effort to spread propaganda having people think they are the only ones who are a victim. There were people on my block who had their cars damaged and Cadillac converter’s taken. None of them reported it. The person who had their mirror broken said nothing happened last time and it always happens when I park here. The other neighbor said they are taking Cadillac converter’s all over the city and don’t catch anyone. That is the stuff I’m hearing on my block. My neighbor that I share my alley with had his garage tagged with graffiti said no one seen anything and he doesn’t have time to report it. He just painted over it and moved on.
Crime has spread to every part of the city and that has consequences. Lies by politicians and media isn’t working. People will move if it doesn’t stop. Everyone isn’t required to live here.

If I were a robber, I’d seek youngish, white females and soy boys which are plentiful in their natural Near North/Near West habitats.
These kids have been indoctrinated to hate guns and don’t carry concealed.

What would the numbers for victims be if we counted them instead of incidents? Remember not that long ago, shootings and homicides were counted by RD numbers, not victims. One triple homicide report, not 3 victims.

Bravo Foxtrot Sierra, this shithole has been declining for years and the more police powers that are being taken away the faster the decline. A lot of the crime statistics have moved out to the suburbs and surrounding counties. Let someone do the statistics on that and see what the common denominator is there?

Most Sundays, I swing by the local Big R for supplies. There are dozens of ranch families there doing the same thing. Most of the adult males have a handgun on their hip, open carry. The females probably have a gun in their purses. People are polite, and we have very low crime.
A few nights back, I saw a douchebag parked at the local 7/11 that had his windows open, left his rap cranking while he went inside, and clouds of pot smoke coming out of the windows from his buddies. He looked wasted. I thought about calling 911, but I quickly noticed that there were two people already on their phones, getting the plates and obviously talking to dispatch. It is nice to live in a place where ghetto behavior is not tolerated.
There is good and bad in all nationalities.....But reparations? Give them an Island somewhere or send them back from whence they/ancestors came from.
Not enough CCW holders in the city. There are too many libs who want guns taken away. They're lambs, ready for the slaughter.

as a retired cop and a concealed carry holder, it would be very risky to pull on 3-4 guys jumping out on me holding handguns.
