Well, since the judge and the defense attorney worked together in a supervisory/subordinate capacity, and no one from the media or the ASA's office has sought to bring this to the public eye, you can actually witness the fix in real time.
Last week, there were all sorts of stories about a retired detective and a judge being married, and just about every single judge recused themselves for years even holding a hearing because it might "look bad."
But not this time. This time, the victim is a cop, so it doesn't matter.

Yep.....have to feel sorry for her.......But a private defense attorney described Whitley Temple, 34, as a hardworking mother whose actions were completely out of character, and said he had “reason to believe” she was sexually assaulted prior to the incident.
Radio traffic indicated she was admitted to Stroger Hospital for a psychological evaluation. Temple tested positive for benzodiazepine, a type of psychoactive medication, and cannabinoids, which can include marijuana or CBD, prosecutors said early toxicology reports showed.

A$$hole attorney, Javaron Buckley, apparently got the special, super secret, Canadian pass from the ARDC since he's still practicing and his ARDC record shows no disciplinary record.
Looking at his picture in that McHenry County Blog, the only way you could distinguish him from some degenerate street mutt is he's wearing a suit.

Your physical well being is more important than a traffic stop that can go turn sour and the Dept nor the state attorney’s has your back.
Due to his guilty plea, Temple’s attorney is charged in an ARDC complaint as of 6/6/23. He must disclose this to his client and the Court. Let’s see if he does or the ASAs even know about it.

He sure does! He did 30 days in McHenry County jail. Wondering if it was sex for legal work. I'm wondering why he is not banned for doing legal work.

make sure to let us know the name of the Judge and the outcome of the case. If this woman isn't found guilty or the case is pled down to a misdemeanor then justice was not served. Why doesn't someone contact the media so they can cover convict defense attorney defending the criminal?
