Who knew we had this money for oversea wars, migrants, covid 19 instead of funding food, clothing and educating our nation of people intrenched in poverty and drugs. Drive around, we are a nation of bums and drug addicts & wait til this gambling addiction kicks in full blast. Until a majority of leaders wish to truly fund education withput corruption, and try to stop all this violence. It's every person for themselves.
It’s a rather sad commentary on the state of society that so many people got their phones out, not to call 911, but to take pictures of the bodies.

It is so called a bambulance because when it is called into certain neighborhoods you hear bam, bam bam, bam, bam, bam.

Back in the day - the Patrol Boys had to get first aid training before the belts were issued. Pictures were pretty graphic. Basically boiled down to "Take off your belt and use it as a tourniquet", no cell phone bullshit in those days, so you had to deal with things until you could find a phone.
