About Those "Violence Preventers"
We guess being a creepy chomo isn't a particularly "violent" crime:
The founder of one of Chicago’s most high-profile youth violence prevention groups, who also works as a Chicago Public Schools counseling assistant, is sitting in the Cook County Jail after being charged with criminal sexual assault and grooming involving two 14-year-old girls.
Prosecutors said Charles McKenzie, founder of Englewood First Responders who refers to himself as the “Mayor of Englewood,” was working for CPS at the time of the alleged incidents.
The allegations span nearly a decade, with prosecutors accusing McKenzie of grooming one girl beginning in 2017, when she was 13 or 14 years old, and sexually assaulting another girl in March of this year. CWB Chicago is not identifying McKenzie’s relationship to the girls to protect their identities.
But it's still a bad look.
Oh, and look - he's a CPS employee.

I've posted comments before on your blog about the inappropriate behavior of a teacher that works at my school Richard Edwards located at 4800 S. Karlov by the name of Benjamin McDougal and nothing seems to happen to him. There were 6 official complaints made against him from students, and nothing was done, the investigator from CPS Justin Crayton refused to answer questions. It's been over a year and this Mcdougal perv still works at he school. He almost got fired 9 years ago after telling a group of teenage girls about his PORNOGRAPHIC MOVIE ADDICTION. I reported him myself and again nothing has happened, the principal, Raul Bermejo is useless and instead protects him. So, I do agree that there should be cameras in the classroom. My brother who is CPD loves the fact that he wears his BWC and will not go outdoors on duty without it. As a teacher, I welcome the idea.

According to the investigation, the offender is the founder and CEO of the Englewood First Responders violence prevention group and is also the stepfather of both victims.
During a forensic interview, a 14-year-old victim disclosed that the offender entered her bedroom, undressed her, kissed her, restrained her hands, and attempted to sexually penetrate her. A second victim disclosed that when she was approximately 11–13 years old, she participated in a recorded video involving Charles McKenzie, who who was positively identified as the person who exposed his erect p*nis and placed his hand on his erect p*nis and moved it around. Charles was approximately 25-27 years old during the incident.
I’m not surprised. No one questioned why a 42 year old was hanging out with 11 and 12 year olds daily.
