Another Dead CPS Student

  • A 17-year-old Chicago boy is dead and another injured after a gang-related shooting in Milwaukee.

In an e-mail to the Associated Press, Milwaukee police spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz says two 17-year-old gang members from Illinois were walking on the south side of the city when they got into an argument with another gang standing on a porch about 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

Schwartz says one gang member chased the pair down in an alley and shot both teens. One died at the scene and the other was treated for a graze wound.

A Milwaukee TV station reported both victims were from Chicago.

The CPS counts have included all sorts of drop outs and people who haven't been to a CPS school in years and even people who should have graduated years before their demises. Why not include foreign casualties?

It only makes sense to include Chicago honor roll students killed in another state, doesn't it? Just as much sense as these little jagoffs getting gunned down at 3 AM on a Sunday morning and referencing the fact that they are "Chicago public school students".

Are you shitting me??? When will this idiotic nonsense logic end?

The Milwaukee homicide occurred at 12th and Grant near Kosciuszko Park
and St. Josaphat's Basilica on their South Side.

The deceased is apparently from Waukegan, not Chicago.

In an unrelated incident, a Milwaukee P.O. assigned to the 6th District who was shot at 36th and Scott has been upgraded from critical condition. The CPD wishes our Milwaukee brother a speedy recovery.

The shooter was also shot, condition unknown.

The CPS counts these "victims" as active students if they are registered in the school system. They are considered active students if they are, under the age of 19, attending school does not figure into their status as an ACTIVE CPS student! It’s no wonder we have ghost payrollers in Chicago they start out as ghost students!

There is a reason for "ghost students" as the district gets state aid for them.

A Milwaukee police officer suffered multiple gunshot wounds in an exchange of fire with a man who displayed a handgun during a midafternoon dispute, then ran when police attempted to arrest him.

The suspect, 45, also was wounded.

He previously pointed a gun and attempted to fire at Milwaukee police in January 2000 and is on federal probation for that offense, according to a Milwaukee Police Department news release.

The wounded officer, a seven-year veteran, was being treated Saturday night at Froedtert Hospital. He was reported to be in good condition, despite a gunshot wound to the stomach, a police spokeswoman said.

The suspect was in critical condition. No details of his wounds were released

But but but...Calling them CPS students propels the anti-gun narrative and keeps ghetto violence, which people otherwise dont give a shit about, in the news.

The count should also include CPS students killed by other CPS students. This happens to be the case in 90% of these shootings. But the mayor can't have the press going around and telling the truth about the CPS.

Like the kid killed on Carpenter. The press stated he was a CPS student. WRONG! He only attended skoo twice since the fist of the year.

We need better gun laws! There should be a law that CPS students cant have guns and can't shoot other CPS students. That would stop the KILLEN. WRONG!

The problem in Crook County is the fact that the courts do not enforce the gun laws we have. Start locking up these pieces of shit roaming OUR streets with guns!

Now we're going to get the blame when these CPS assholes get smoked when they are on "field trips."

Maybe straighten up that hat, jagoff, when on someone elses playground.

Don't forget the school gets money for every student on their books. They do have to be there, but that's not hard to fudge.

I wonder how crowded the schools would really be if all the "honor students" really showed up. I wonder how lawless they would be too.

The very sudden media emphasis on this, the constant hammering away, is starting to make me wonder if CPS isn't actually receiving some sort of subsidy for each death --"Violence Prevention Program Memorial Grant" or some such nonsense, tacked on as page 1355 of the Illinois Drainage District Maintenance Act, something like that.

Wouldn't put it past 'em. If not that directly, it's surely an emotional hook to keep the revs, the Sarah Bradys, the shrinks, etc. going.

Funny, in shitcago we label them as poor 17 year old honor students or 17 year old child or boy. At least Milwuakee calls it what it is, 17 year old gang member.

Last year, the media reported a kid who got shot/killed in Iowa as a CPS student. I've even seen one story that highlighted a teen as "NOT a CPS student." Too bizarre. The media should just stop this BS.

Good news from Milwaukee.

The wounded copper was RELEASED from the hospital tonight -- miraculous.

The shooter is still in critical.

Another difference: mayor, chief and alderman at the scene and hospital...all call the shooter a hopeless dirtbag.

Chief Flynn says: if we mess up, we 'fess up but when my men are right, I back them immediately and fully. And he has.

J-Fed, listen up!

Reporting this is not worth the paper it is written on.

They get clippped , they are all honor students, and we foot the bill to bury them.

All us tax payers do is pay their expenses from birth to death.
