Hey, this isn't the fault of the police, not a failure of Illinois law (last I heard, it was unlawful to commit murder here), nor is it the fault of society.
It's sad, but at some point you've got to look at the victm-she picked him.
Look at the picture of Masters in the sun times paper it's worth a laugh. He smiling as if he is on the red carpet attending some gala event! Or perhaps that's just his nervous reaction to who knows what is lurking in the basement of the Old Navy store?

I didnt know anybody who had a gun at the school I attended nor did I know HOW to aquire one either.
Must be a consequence of my being raised by a mother and a father who made sure they KNEW where I was 24/7/365.
