So if anyone can cobble together the 24-hour reports, we're pretty sure Chicago covered the 7 dead/40 shot easily. Hell, Englewood accounted for almost half the killed total for the entire weekend.

Yeah but the one problem with that theory is that by the time that problem has been eliminated, he's already spawned about four more IR#'s

Be careful what you ask for - new mayor and new supt. of police? What if shortshanks gets re-elected and Jody is on the chopping block? I can just see Ron Huberman being transferred over from CPS and named superintendant of the CPD. He is, after all, the mayor's pet. See how he has been moved around and wreaked havoc at every assignment with little recognition of that fact from the top? The mayor protects his own.
