- Here's a great idea...why not create a new unit (an emergency response team, if you will) that consists totally of EXEMPTS...have this group respond DAILY to any one of a number of 'problem' high schools in areas 2 or 4...and quell these disturbances. give them one of those big CPD jump out vans, outfit them in the latest ninja turtle riot gear, throw in a squadrol too...oh, and tasers, for sure....and deploy them. Every day. A different lineup for the 'exempt response team' every day. I can even suggest a few who should be in the lineup for the first team....
1) Brian Murphy
2) Alavarado
3) Masters (X3)
4) Roman
5) O'Keefe (he can be rushed through that south burbs "credentials" school, Masters can walk him through it)
6)Tobias (we haven't forgotten you sir, and the fact that you do little or nothing in your current position)
7) Carothers (you want to clean shit up? Start here!)
8) Gross (this WON'T be a movie detail, son)
9) Aunt Bea (she grew up with 6 brothers, so she's qualified to handle this)
10) Climas (he'll probably like to take a break from his IAD duties, with the shitstorm coming from his CR against Andrews)
The group can start at Julian HS in Area 2, and begin working their way north and west.
There won't be a crime left to predict if this goes through.

I'm pretty sure Roman and that desk are attached. When I pass by, the positioning of his arms has never changed nor has his desk top. That was once a month for twenty-four years when I dropped off our units numbers. The desk WILL come in handy.

Robert Klimas is one of the biggest assholes out there and does whatever JFled wants him to, even selling out his fellow brothers and sisters without batting an eye. Let's hope he's investigated some day and shares a cell block with some of the shit we put behind bars

Please don't mix Frank Gross up with his brother who was a stone one way guy. However, Alverado is another matter. As I recall when he was a Sgt. in Mass Transit after going there from IAD, he had absolutely no experience on the street. Alvarado if he ever made an arrest, has now gone more than possibly two decades without making an arrest or appearing in court, other than divorce court. How does someone with such little knowledge have so much power? As for Aunt Bea, she left he job to go with the CTA for six months, and when she found that too difficult because it was an 8 hr. day, she returned and became exempt. What is her hidden talent? With this calibre of leadership, should we be surprised that morale is in the toilet?

Great idea. They can train the new lieutenants' class to do the same thing. About half of the new lieutenants couldn't catch a crook in the county jail. The experience will be good for them.
