OT-018th District at Division/Rush- Once again, savage animals attack a group of F/2s who were on a trolley enjoying a bachelorette party. The animals forced their way onto the trolley demanding a ride. When they were told to get off the bus, they viciously attacked the women-punching,kicking, and biting them. The majority of the women were tourists from the East and South. Please advise your family/friends to avoid 018 at night.
Sure Scc you point out the failures but Goldbrick predicted and prevented over 20 murders this weekend. You will never read about these succesful mission they are classified. Their was plenty of high five and fist bumps and the Kool Aid was flowing at the predictive unit. Do t be jealous boys the almighty Goldenshower just predicted the unit will grow and grow while all I schmucks in patrol will work 24/7 365 with less manpower and crappy equipment.
Wait till they get one correct. All the media exposure on how great the program is. You know it will be a matter of time when they get one right, when they send out so many spots, ones has to be correct, just the odds.

In other words, even a stopped clock is right twice a day. I remember when they first touted CAPS. They were trumpeting that there wasn't a single murder in Englewood for the whole month, so CAPS must be working. Woo hoo! High fives all around! It was also one of the coldest Februarys on record. You can't cherry pick your data, Brett...'cause we'll be watching.

I predict no loss of productivity to the area workforce during their recovery
My prediction is that Commander Caluris will be out soon after the DOC is disbanded. Why is it needed? It isn't which is why it's on the chopping block. Other units do the same things and do them better - Gang Intelligence and Intelligence. This reality hasn't diminished his salesmanship. But word is no one is buying it.
will the science fiction analysis unit tell me where the next homicide will be, I'm retired and I like to see the next one, I'm bored, i would like to watch.
SCC and its millions of readers could predict this crime shit for a lot less than the "wasted" $150,000+ car on brett! Another masters X3 brainstorm I presume!
