- NBC 5 just said there is an unusual amount of police activity on the Mag Mile. They should several young male and females blacks running around the streets.
Someday, someone will know that we and our fellow officers tried to warn people.

I find it ironic that when you ask for a death removal on CW2, that part of the description required is the race of the deceased... same thing for a missing person. But, when you are looking for an offender, race just is something one shouldn't mention?!?

An acquaintance of mine, originally from Connecticut, lived in downtown Chicago from 1995 til 2001. She and her family have been back to visit a couple of times since they moved to Virginia.

I had written him two sets of traffic tickets four months apart and he was driving different vehicles both times. He got up there and asked to cross examine me and she allowed him to. One of the questions he asked was why it took me so long to pull him over. When I explained that we needed to wait for information to come back on our computer before pulling someone over and that could take a few minutes she didn't care to hear it . Of course he didn't say how he mother fucked me and lied. This went on for ten minutes. She sided with shithead telling me that when an officer pulls someone over two times in a few months it must be personal. True story. The blog wasn't around when this happened or you would have heard about it sooner. Screw that liberal bitch.

I saw a group of three in loop yesterday going east on monroe who looked like they were on their way to wilding and/or looking for someone to harm. You can pick up on their energy- it is just like you guys say- animals- the way they size up people from across the street as they did to me, their "gangsta" attitudes. I've never walked so fast to get away from them and closer to other people on the street- my legs were killing me. It actually gave me a nightmare last night about being caught in middle of a wilding. And this was around 3pm on Saturday in the afternoon downtown in the loop when and where you think you don't have anything to worry about. I guess my instincts may have been right. If I didn't read SCC, I wouldn't have sensed them/steered clear of them.

When we check arrest records for new juvenile probation cases, it's obvious the police are arresting these youths , as most of them have 20 or more arrests.The problem is the misguided belief that if you give them enough chances that somehow they'll straighten out. Screening out , droppng cases, not holding minors has become an obsession with the juvenile system. It is pretty hard to get a delinquent held at this point , although once you finally get a kid on probation and in front of some judges , they'll hammer them.

Not related to her. He really is a nice guy that I have known for years. I don't actually know how well he is thought of by Police Officers. Never had a case in front of him.
Hopefully, a Coleman's BBQ will take the place of Water Tower Place, and a JJ Fish will replace the Apple Store on Michigan Ave. Rothschild's Liquors can take over for Bloomingdale's and a wig store can stand where Burbury once resided.
