Felony Murder
This is a very good law:
A man was ordered held on $1 million bond Tuesday after being charged with murder because his accomplice in a South Side robbery was shot dead by police, according to prosecutors.
Tevin Louis, 19, of the 500 block of West Winneconna Parkway, was charged with one count of first-degree murder, two counts of armed robbery and one count of disorderly conduct.
On Tuesday, Judge Laura Sullivan ordered him held on $1 million bond.

Come on, I'm in court everyday and can attest that most of Anita's people are worthless!
Oh, they'll find some reason that the case is hard. Might require some legal research or something scary like that. And they'll drop it.
He'll plea, get sentenced to 33 yrs, serve 4.5, be out on the street again and commit some other ridiculous crime, and we'll all be on the blog wondering how and why he was out of jail.
Disorderly conduct? Thirsty!!!!
