How About Naming Names?
- A former south suburban police chief is expected to plead guilty to diverting hundreds of thousands of dollars from a state job-training grant to friends and family, her attorney said Tuesday as more charges were filed in the case.
Regina Evans, a former Chicago police lieutenant and Country Club Hills chief, has been in custody since mid-March, when authorities charged her with trying to coax an associate into lying to the grand jury.
She obviously has connections:
- In April, prosecutors charged Regina Evans' friend Jeri Wright and accused her of helping Evans to convert cash from the grant to personal use through paychecks. Wright is the daughter of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr., President Barack Obama's former pastor.
If they're dismantling JJJr's political connections, might as well sweep it all up.

Nothing good comes from these people. Nothing. Ever. it's just one scandal after another. They are like a pile of onions. Peel each layer back and out jumps another scandal, pile back another, more shit, another layer, more. And on and on and on. It's effing embarrassing.
Regina was related to the former Commander of 007, an Aldercreature and possibly the Chief Judge Tim Evans. The Evans were powerful political allies for the Stuttering Dwarf and one of the reasons he had so much political peace in the black community. The elimination of the Projects will ensure the same for Rahmbo. The Machine no longer needs the blacks, so now they will appeal to the Latinos. Support Immigration Reform, Support UNO and any Latino political group. Watch LAPA start to hand out "Merit" promotions and choice assignments.Yet nobody will say shit about Obama's Senate Seat. Rahm had to be involved in negotiating that Seat.

As I recall he was a sergeant in 006. What a arrogant prick who did what he pleased. He had strong ties to Dolton at the time. I never doubted that he would be a merit lt.
Regina Evans was an incompetent merit lieutenant. She is a disgrace to the CPD. I hope the judge puts her ass in the pen right next to Sandy Jackson. The southside clout faction of Jackson, beavers , stronger and Rev Wright.
We can't prosecute any member of the Daley crime enterprise, but we can name a $55.000.000 park after the family. How about naming a wing of the Cook County Jail after the Daley Family.grainnotechot

Former Sgt. Evans has his own attorney and so far has refused to plea guilty. In fact, his attorney is claiming the entire scheme was the idea of the wife and not his. I wonder where this will go? Yes, Regina Evans, the daughter-in-law of former Commander Evans, related to judge evans. Yes, a merit sergeant and a merit lieutenant. Politics is so sweet, is it not? Uncle Terry sold the department down the drain as did Kline and turned it into one big patronage army led by incompetents who destroyed morale.
