An AdminFax came out for Districts and Areas to pick up Mass Arrests kits and Crime Scene tape at Equipment and Supply. The Districts affected are 001, 012, 018 and 019 along with Areas North, South and Central.
Puerto Rican Fest? No, we don't see 014 listed there and 013 doesn't exist any more.
Some NATO anniversary or Occupy ruffians? Nope.

Seriously? If we recall correctly, when they won three years ago, there were just about no arrests at all. No cars got flipped, no streets were closed for burning refuse, no crowds breaking windows and looting. In fact, when they had the victory parade, over one-million showed up and not a single arrest was made that we heard about.
We'll even go back farther and note that when the White Sox won the World Series, nothing got damaged, and their victory parade was also over one-million without a notable mass arrest situation arising from any of the celebrations.
Interestingly, we haven't seen one single preparation for Zimmerman trial that is getting underway in Florida. That one has a lot more potential for a mass arrest situation than a Blackhawks victory.

I lived in Los Angeles County during the Rodney King Riots 20 years ago. It was not pretty. Thousands of black "citizens" shot at Police, Fire, and misc. store owners. They pulled innocent white people out of their cars and beat the shit out of them. They broke into every big box store, loading stolen TVs, appliances, etc. into their vehicles. Long Beach had the second-highest number of arsons, after L.A. We had a 6:00 pm curfew in effect in Long Beach for 3 days ... no one allowed on the street after 6 unless going to or from work. If Zimmerman is found not-guilty, this could easily happen in Chicago. Be prepared.
Did the people running this police department ever work as police officers in district law enforcement for more that three years? Are there any REAL police running this department? WTF

I heard Zimmerman's brother on an interview on XM radio yesterday. Sounds like if the jury follows the rule of Law, we are going to have a serious situation. If they just ignore the facts and have already been brainwashed by the lies that came out the first week of this mess, then, we still have problems because the a certain segment of society, who take far more than they give, will feel emboldened and act the fool anyway.

Since you lived there you must've seen the non-black "citizens" running out of the stores with televisions and other big ticket items. I only saw it on tv so surely you saw more than me. The last time the Cubs won a championship, numerous horse and buggies were stolen, a couple of horseless carriages were overturned and set ablaze, sporadic donnybrooks broke out amongst the denizens of Cubbieville, and a few haberdasheries were burglarized.
From someone in the know. The admin fax is strictly for the Zimmerman trial. We or at least the ones in the law enforcement/legal community know that the special prosecutor charged Zimmerman with Second Degree Murder was not only political in nature but also a silent message to the Zimmerman defense that he will be acquitted.
There has been no evidence that supports a Second Degree Murder charge.
That way the prosecution looks like heros to the Florida Link Card Society and then they can sleep at night knowing they did not send an innocent man to prison.
Smoke and mirrors down there too. But a riots will ensue.
I hope black bloc comes to Harrison and Englewood for this.

What's wrong is the fact our so-called leadership doesn't know what they should, or should not, prepare for. This isn't one of those things. Unless they're using the Hawks as 'cover' when we're really preparing for the Zimmerman trial riots.

The Feds can't idict on a civil rights violation because Zimmerman was a civilian, not a cop acting under color of law. If he had been a cop he'd have already been charged by the Feds.

We were at game 5. Small, young, African American girl that was an usher in our section looked scared to death after the win. I so badly wanted to say "Don't worry it's not a Bull's game". :) she was freaked out. Once we walked outside it was amazing the amount of police protection. Much appreciated but really not necessary when you are dealing with MOSTLY normal civilized fans. With 2 1/2 periods with no alcoholic beverages I would doubt that there were many drunken idiots.
