Happy Monday
- A 25-year-old man was killed and eight others, including a 14-year-boy were hospitalized, after being shot or stabbed this afternoon on the South and West Sides, police said.
Two of the people who were stabbed were involved in what is believed to have been a domestic-related incident, officials said.
The man who died sustained gunshot wounds on the 6600 block of South Claremont Avenue, said Chicago Police News Affairs [...]. Witnesses said the man sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene in the West Englewood neighborhood at 4:25 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. No other information was available.
The cold weather can't some soon enough for some.

what happened ? in the 60's and
70's , 66th & Claremont was a nice working class neighborhood .
VRI had three shootings, all in the box, in 006 the other night.
When did 66th and Claremont become West Englewood? I always knew it as Chicago Lawn.
