Unearthing Bodies
- Police spent hours on Friday searching for evidence in a yard at 83rd and Scottsdale in what Chicago police are calling "a death investigation."
It's a mystery as to what unfolded at this Scottsdale home, however, the medical examiner's office says a man's body was discovered there.
There were emotions and tears Friday night after a gruesome discovery.
"They have found body parts down there. Exactly how many body parts and how many bodies, I do not know," said Dave Weller, neighbor.
Death investigation - yeah, that's the ticket.

- Neighbors say a husband and wife live in the home, along with their teenage daughter. Neighbors say the teenager has 3 children and is expecting a fourth, and was having trouble with different fathers.
Trouble? We'd say there's a bit more than "trouble" in that household, aside from the dead bodies magically appearing in the yard.

I worked third watch in 008 and was over there doing lunch reliefs etc and last count from the crime lab guy I talked to was 9 skeletal remains (whole bodies wrapped in individual sheets or blankets) and one more fresh body which was dismembered into 8 different pieces as of 1045pm. so total is 10 with alot more yard to go. Start checking those missing files.. There goes McNaughtons 48 percent homicide decrease in 008 for the year.

The sadder thing here is the bringing to light the death of another of the southwest side's once great parrishes/neighborhoods. Scottsdale was a great place to live in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Began the downward spiral in the early 2000's..... Remember, equality is bringing you down to their level, not bringing them up to yours.

It's the same in 016, 017, 025 and everywhere else. FOP is a FLOP because they not making this front page news across the city. Take out a full page ad in the papers and scream bloody murder about the lack of manpower and how it endangers citizens and cops alike.
Confront Rahm and McDufass at every public event with questions that the media won't ask then make that video available everywhere.
Put some of our own people in these anti-violence marches with signs and chanting "Hire more police!". Have them Mau-Mau the reporters.

Then why the hell did you leave. On another note the commander of 008 holds his cars down over on the east end of the district. The residents in the better neighborhoods deserve police patrols too.
