- The second teenager charged in the attempted robbery of an off-duty sheriff’s sergeant that ended in the fatal shooting of one of the robbers has been ordered held on $2 million bail.
Emannuel Jackson, 15, is charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery. Accompanied by his parents, the teen turned himself in at Area South headquarters at 11 p.m. Friday, according to a police report.
A second suspect, 17-year-old Devante Graham, surrendered to police on Feb. 12 and is also charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery. Bail for Graham was set at $1 million.
And you'll never guess what these altar boys have been up to for the last 6 years:
- Authorities said Mackey had 16 arrests on a rap sheet that went back to April 2008 when he was 10 years old.
His most recent arrest was last month after Chicago police say he robbed a woman of her cell phone on December 16, not far from the Citgo station, authorities said. That was his only robbery arrest.
Graham also has a long juvenile record of arrests for aggravated battery and criminal damage, prosecutors said.
But they were just going to turn it all around after this robbery.

OT- 015th district officers were called to a domestic on Quincy St, once they arrived the offender fled. The reason the girlfriend called was she saw him on his laptop with a roster of 015th district police officers names, address and social security numbers. The information was still up on the computer when the officers arrived. The roster contained the names of about 100 officers and was dated from 1999. How he came about getting the information is unknown but there are some ideas. Such as the old station on Chicago Ave. still contained file cabinets with official police documents inside them before being torn down. There were always people going inside and stealing copper and whatever they could get their hands on. The offender has two names that he goes by Tramble, Tom and Hinton, Quinton along with two IR #'s. He is from Alabama but has been arrested in Chicago. Worthless parents aren't around to prevent the little monster from committing all those felonies but they suddenly turn into parents of the year when it is time to turn junior in to the detectives for his most recent serious felony.
I like how the Tribune tries to mitigate one of their juvenile arrest records by describing one street robbery as only his first. Well damn, thank God for small favors.
Sort of like, "He only killed six people last month and dey was no damn good and deserved being kilt so it ain't like he hardly 'dun nothing wrong."

I think they shot that all to hell already. The first degree murder plus armed robbery about took care of their formative years.
They should now establish goals in their life, like earning a GED before age 50.

It could be worse. youths of color, weekly rampage through the Galleria At Military Circle Mall in Norfolk, Va. There are frequent shootings there and wildings every weekend. It has turned this once wonderful large shopping mall into a wasteland that is about to close permanently. Because of racial sensitivity local news have been unable to fully cover the events, and security cannot control the mobs of youths. The Council person representing the area blames the troubles on the landlord and merchants at the mall. She stated they were not sensitive to the needs of the neighborhood, and were only interested in making money. Chicago is blessed compared to other cities. It does not have under or unreported racial troubles.
CPD should now make up a few stories and arrest some white kids for 1st degree murder, just to keep it even.
We don't want the Preckwinkles, Holders and Zorns to say that there are too many black kids in jail.

Extreme salaries 3 yes 3 Vice Presidents (why?) all making. $170,000 and some will stay working in their districts units as there are not enough desks at the fop hall for all of the baggage. Doing same job as working street copper but making double your paycheck and double your overtime, hey fop you need to open the closets for more desks, our money is being given out like your a bunch of drunken sailors but more like drunken fop bunch.
Wait a minute there is a pension rally in springfield coming on Wednesday, how about for the coppers that cannot make it lets have a pension rally at fop hall, as soon as election is over to ask why are the guys elected going to get a pension from the depleted pension fund same as cemetery rank pension! You're kidding right??? The only way the media in Shitcago covers a story involving race is if they can portray someone or something as racist against blacks. The wildings, descriptions of offenders (when black), apple pickings, flash mobs, etc. are NOT covered by local Shitcago media because they don't want to be called "racist" for reporting the cold, hard truth.

Someone elected to an FOP top office and then not brought into the office as a Field Rep does NOT get the big paycheck, the $170,000 thing.
That person will get the same paycheck as their rank dictates. They will get a stipend per month, I am not sure what that is but is more in line with trustee than commander.
Trustee stipend is $600 per month.

Several days ago you should have seen all the "real police" chewing out the poster that tried to correct those who were saying the offender was "charged" with "felony murder". They went on and on forever about how someone needs to go back to the academy, shine the boots of real cops, etc. if s/he doesn't know that "felony murder" is a charge. It was quite comical.
It is nice to see that you knew the difference, however. Just be prepared to be told what a moron you are by the "real police."
