The fatal shooting–the first of the new year–happened about 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

Just watched the news all CPS schools are closed tomorrow due to the cold, so the kids are not out in bitter cold, but then they announce if the kids need something to do the museums and shedd aquarium are open free admission for the kids! To cold to go to school but not to cold to go to these attractions with free admission. Must be election time for rahm and the 50 sheep, freebies no school "change they can believe in"
