Multiple studies have shown that those claims are untrue. If there is a bias in police shootings, it works in favor of blacks and against whites. Yet President Obama has repeatedly accused the police and criminal-justice system of discrimination, lethal and otherwise. During the memorial service for five Dallas police officers gunned down in July by an assassin who reportedly was inspired by Black Lives Matter, Mr. Obama announced that black parents were right to “fear that something terrible may happen when their child walks out the door”—that the child will be fatally shot by a cop.
The consequences of such presidential rhetoric are enormous, especially when amplified by the media.

When questioned by the US Senate why she was eliminating Due Process for the accused she 'argued' that the original 1975 Title IX Law gave her the power (Somehow I don't think so.). Oh, and if schools didn't 'follow her guidance' they could lose all Federal Funding. (Yeah, that's not a Threat it's a 'Warning'.)

Officer Brian Leatherwood thought the elderly woman was alone and needed medical help when he responded to a routine call for assistance one 2012 night in Knoxville, Tenn.
He heard yelling in the kitchen and went to investigate when a man rushed out and began beating him. A minute later, blood was pouring from the policeman’s head and his assailant, whom he had shot twice, was dying on the living-room floor.
“I went to work that Friday in a clean, fresh uniform and nothing wrong,” Officer Leatherwood said. He got home the next morning looking like “Frankenstein,” with “100 sutures in my forehead and the top of my head.”
Four years have passed since the shooting of the mentally ill man, which an investigation concluded was justifiable. The 47-year-old veteran officer is still prone to mood swings, intense headaches and short-term memory loss as a result of the encounter.

He was my Illinois State senator. He did nothing, proposed nothing and voted " present" during most legislative sessions. He ran for US senator against a strong republican. In a play of dirty tricks some democrats sent sealed divorce records to the media who published them causing the republican to drop out. It gave a clear path for Obama to win the seat. Then he did nothing as a US senator, priming himself for a presidential run the entire time. Then 8 years in the White House in which he accomplished nothing noteworthy. Yes, we should have been kinder to him. The US Constitution lists three requirements for any individual wishing to become president of the United States. A president must:
1. be a natural born U.S. citizen. Someone may be born abroad, but only if both parents were citizens of the United States. The only exception to this was for those around at the time the Constitution was adopted. Their requirement was that they had to be a citizen when the Constitution was adopted.
2. be at least 35 years of age. The youngest president elected was 43 years old. However, there was one president who was even younger. Do you know who he was?
3. have lived in the United States for at least 14 years to be president. This does not have to be consecutive or even the 14 years leading up to becoming president.

He was my Illinois State senator. He did nothing, proposed nothing and voted " present" during most legislative sessions. He ran for US senator against a strong republican. In a play of dirty tricks some democrats sent sealed divorce records to the media who published them causing the republican to drop out. It gave a clear path for Obama to win the seat. Then he did nothing as a US senator, priming himself for a presidential run the entire time. Then 8 years in the White House in which he accomplished nothing noteworthy. Yes, we should have been kinder to him. Oh, by the way he did accomplish a few things; set race relations back decades, caused an upheaval in the Middle East, stood behind the slowest recovery since the depression, violated the US Constitution on many occasions, put the clamps on business through regulation, and...I could go on and on, but it makes me tired. God Bless President Elect Donald Trump.

Blame the Chicago Tribune - they sued to get the Divorce decree of incumbent senator Fitzgerald - who would have easily defeated Obama had he not been forced to drop out of the race by the Tribune lawsuit. You are about as dumb as Obama. His mother wasn't old enough to confer citizenship to her spawn when she popped him out. She did not meet the residency requirements under the law to give her son citizenship, she would have had to live in the U.S. for five years after her reaching the age of 14, she was 18 when she gave birth on foreign soil. If she was 19 she would have been able to confer citizenship to him, even though his father was a Kenyan national, and a British citizen, so jug ears was a British citizen at birth, a Kenyan at age 2, and an Indonesian from age 5 until probably this day.

I think you mean Jack Ryan. Fitzgerald was Illinois Senator. Ryan was a strong candidate who was doing well in the polls till Axelrod and others got his divorce records unsealed. Secret service for life could also be signed away, just as easy as he signed it into law. I think a majority of the citizens would agree that 10 years was sufficient. These crooks made enough money while in office, let them pay for private security.
There is still one seat on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to be filled, and it is a seat filled by Congress.
And there are one or two sane people on the Commission.
If PBA and other police groups were to lobby to fill that seat with someone like Daniel Faulkner's widow, or another pro-cop advocate, it would be hard for Congress to refuse.
I encourage you to spread the word. This is politically doable. And then the Commission could start the year conducting an investigation into anti-cop agitators.
