First, they deny the dedication during the San For an game (Kapernick) and now a sudden denial today. I'm boycotting games and appearal thru the rest of the season.

You are a little late to the game, but welcome. I am not one of the tin foil hat wearing Chicken Littles that boycotts every little slight, but the National Felon League is dead to me. Their inability to reign in these millionaire softballs is more than I will put up with. I can live with college ball, and even that is getting annoying.

Funny, a dickhead sgt initiated a CR on a co-worker (even though hes not supposed to) who wrote a parker on i'm guessing a connected persons car !
This ticket wasn't issued by CPD look at the color, it belongs to those parking nazi from finance department
By the way I have seen some coppers issueing parking tickets to cars with FOP medallions and stickers, you know who you are.
Second City, there is a war between Horse and Carriage vendors on Michigan Ave. Before we say it was the police or a revenue employee, it may be another vendor telling the other group to go fuck themselves. Just FYI.

First off, funny pic.
Secondly, after 8 years as a PEA and over 156 thousand tickets issued, I would have no idea how to ticket a horse drawn carriage on this city. My machine doesn't have that plate type and the fine people at the Black Site on Jackson never trained me in those.

Okay pal, that type of envelop hasn't been used by Parking Enforcement in over 3 years. It's obviously a staged photo. So educate us...what plate Type would you use to issue a Title 9 violation to a horse pulled carriage?
Cause it can't be issued by the computers they carry. Would have to be handwritten.

Parking Nazis?
That is why I don't come downtown anymore. Not that I would park illegally, but I am afraid I'll get some other ticket for making a turn or going through a yellow light(no, it was red "according to the ticket" and its writer and you have to fight it - if you can)
No one needs that extra hassle when trying to buy Christmas presents. Oh, then there is the EXTRA sales tax (Pay us double, sucker. You could have bought this up in Wisconsin at 5% tax).
And, if I park off the street, it is a colossal fee for 3-4 hours in one of the garages.
Then, there is also a threat of running into "the Amish People" trying to steal any packages you bought. Now with Shoplifting as a minor crime, they hopefully gravitate to that instead. But you never know, they still may prey on those walking around with some big packages.
Going downtown is like going out for New Years Eve. You can't have a good time because you know you are going to get stopped and get some type of ticket and if you had "a little much" you open yourself up for a DUI. The financial risks are high as well as the threat of crime - so you change your behavior.
For New Years Eve, you stay home and for Christmas shopping you AVOID Chicago at all costs.
Why is it that every city worker (including POs), besides CPS teachers, has to pay their outstanding tickets or don't get paid?
Case in point, the CPS PE teacher who lost driver education money and who was investigated on pg 47 of the 2016 CPS OIG Annual Report) who has FOUR 'Notice of Seizures' and TWO 'Notices of Violations' and who still owes the city almost $1000 is still pulling in $450/day. That's $450/day to sit an office somewhere to do nothing because this PE teacher is being investigated for disobeying a superior, leaving school without permission, and coming to work drunk as well.

Run those teacher plates in the school lots, you'll never know what you'll find...6 teacher's cars were booted at Prosser not to long ago.
